Nearest branch not available
Nearest branch of Euro car parts / car parts for less for me is Montgomery Road. When placed an on line order this branch for pick up was not available even though my postcode was entered. On line system needs updated to offer nearest branch pick up. Went to pick up goods at Boucher only to find Old premises of Euro is now GSF and Euro / Car parts for Less has moved to Apollo / Falcon.

A very good experience
A very good experience with CP4L this time. Not bought anything for a while due to their high prices. However, this time they were competitive, delivered quickly and no complaints. Recommended.

Fast delivery
I was told that my order would be with me in 3-4 days but it arrived the next day. Now that’s what I call fast, it was well packed and was just right for my car.

The service was great experience but…
The service was great experience but could have earned a 5 star review. I expected customers should be notified when their orders are ready for pick up instead of the customer waiting endlessly checking emails and having to call and chased up before confirmation for collection. Overall, the customer service experience was great and very helpful staff.

Poor service.
Paid for express delivery, got an email confirming delivery by Tuesday 14 Apr, called on Tuesday 14 Apr to ask where the parts were and was told they would be delivered Wed 15 Apr! If you can’t uphold your end of the agreement, don’t just leave your customers hanging.
