The service was great experience but could have earned a 5 star review. I expected customers should be notified when their orders are ready for pick up instead of the customer waiting endlessly checking emails and having to call and chased up before confirmation for collection. Overall, the customer service experience was great and very helpful staff.

Everything that I needed was out of stock for delivery and collection and ended up having to pay more for overpriced parts as funny enough they was in stock still

Poor service.
Paid for express delivery, got an email confirming delivery by Tuesday 14 Apr, called on Tuesday 14 Apr to ask where the parts were and was told they would be delivered Wed 15 Apr! If you can’t uphold your end of the agreement, don’t just leave your customers hanging.
