I buy my car parts from Car Parts 4 Less because of the ease on how to make an order, the range of top quality and budget parts parts available, the super fast delivery, and great prices, They are great.

Part I purchased was a perfect fit, although vehicle registration number was not quite enough without V.I.N.

Fook me! Ordered again after the last order was never delivered; this time the parcel was delivered to a few neighbours down. I never received a delivered email or notification from my neighbour. I found the items nearly a week later.

I assumed it had not been delivered again and re-purchased for a lot less and quicker on Amazon!

Last time I use ECP/CarParts4 less, Amazon is much quicker and cheaper for the same items, and Amazon actually has a customer service dept that answers your emails / calls

I have spent the last few weeks trying to get a refund/collection of the bits

With the summer discount Car Parts for Less were particularly good value for my service parts. It was the delivery that really excelled though. I ordered late in the afternoon and at just gone 8 the next morning I had a call to say delivery was in its way - and for free too. You won’t get better from Amazon or a certain Germany based online shop. Will use again…if price is right.

Needed parts were correctly recommended and in stock, price was competitive, delivery was in the promised timeframe. Parts were fitted. Another happy customer.

What great service, the prices are keen and the postage ios very fair. Living on the IOW some companies don't deliver here but in this instance delivery was no problem and the bits arrived in good time. Well done..

great price and click and collect easy transaction

Order service parts and brakes pads and disc online through the website, went to collect and was told all the parts were priced incorrectly online and got refuned the about. The staff at the shop would not offer any discount on the price for new parts just told us we would get a refund and to reorder the parts we wanted online again. not happy with the service recived.
