Awesome quality
I recently bought my absolute favourite pair of knee high boots in colour green (Lenni). Moss green. The leather is soft and shiny and despite my bunions I feel like I'm barefoot. I just wanted to try a pair on while in Richmond, more for the sake of it, just to see how they fit because I loved the colour green. Not only that I bought the pair but I also bought another pair of ankle boots on sale the same day. And one week later I bought an identical pair of knee high boots Lenni (this time black). So do I like them? I love them. Not only they look amazing for flat boots but they are lightweight and extremely comfortable. They are a bit pricey but given the quality I'd say it's still worth it.

Very efficient delivery and sadly return. Not Carl Scarpa’s fault, right size but my feet didn’t fit the boots. I need to find a shop and try them on to get it right. I have two pairs of Carl Scarpa boots that are over ten years old. They are built to last and well worth the money.

Love the shoes and the customer service
I don't just love my boots, but the customer service in both the Grafton Street location and online has been amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the return of one pair was no problem at all.

Good Service Delivery was prompt but shoes too…
Delivery was prompt but shoes too small. I personally returned to Blackrock store where assistant was extremely helpful and efficient. I have always found this to be the case in Blackrock and would definitely buy there again.

Very easy returns
Delivery was quick and efficient. Boots were absolutely beautiful but unfortunately too narrow for my foot. Returns were straightforward and money back in my account quickly.
