Oh my gosh I just love these boots! Exactly what I was looking for and worth every penny. They are the perfect balance of looking stylish and really comfy. Very happy customer.

The boots I ordered showed as red on the website but were, in fact, wine. Plus, there was a mark on the instep of one of them. V disappointing from such a good brand. 🙃

delivered on time, excellent quality boots ,fit true to size, I have this boot in the tan purchased 3yrs ago, wanted the black but my size out of stock for some time so went for navy, not disappointed ,once walked in, so comfortable, would definitely recommend.

Good quality footwear but poor delivery

Poor quality, unsuitable product.

I bought a pair of boots in spring from Carl Scarpa which cost £200, and within 6 months were completely unwearable due to the leather giving out.

Despite the brilliant efforts of the manager(?) I spoke to at the Cheltenham store to get these shoes repaired or replaced, nothing could be done to repair the shoes and head office refused to replace them.

It's unclear to me how a luxury brand like Carl Scarpa could find it acceptable for 6 months of casual wear to completely ruin a pair of £200 shoes, and even more bizarre that they have chosen not to reply to the two emails I sent to their info@... email address trying to get any answer at all about where my boots had gone after they were taken in.

I echo other comments I've since seen online that the quality of these shoes is far poorer than the price point they're being sold at - despite all their advertising online stating high quality. I bought my replacement boots for less from Lanx, and can't commend the quality highly enough - try them instead!

Everything went smoothly. Delivery was without problems. Shoes were the correct one in nice quality.

Most uncomfortable pair of boots.

Literally the most helpful customer service ever. I was corresponding with a gentleman named Michael about calf width on a couple of pairs of boots before purchasing the ones I eventually did, and he was so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. His responses were prompt and he was able to get all the info I needed.

In terms of the boots, I bought the Lenni in brown and they are just next level comfort and style, worth every penny and will definitely be purchasing again from Carl Scarpa. Haven't felt this way about a pair of boots since a pair I bought 5 years ago from a designer brand that rhymes with 'nada'.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I was hospitalised and not at home to try on my boots bought online. When I eventually returned, I had exceeded the 14 day returns period and they were not interested in accepting the boots back. So not only did I suffer an unexpected 4 week stay in hospital but now I have an useable pair of boots. I had really hoped they would show a little compassion.

Excellent service. Arrived in a couple of days. The Ferrola black leather are so super comfortable. Can wear them all day, they are lightweight and comfy on my feet. Love them , highly recommend
