They dealt with my case very quickly and thoroughly but took a big cut out of the rebate which if I knew how much it would of cost I'd of filed the rebate on my own through my own findings.

In regards to the fee, are transparent about the percentage we take and would not proceed with the claim unless the client gives consent. This is a comprehensive process which involves liaising with a number of sources including HMRC and the DVLA and subjecting the complete information to a series of rigorous checks to ensure complete accuracy in the final claim submission. We then prepare official tax claim documentation which is submitted to HMRC. Making an expense claim can be a minefield - HMRC audit a percentage of claims each year and find many incorrect submissions. We are professional accountants and we are able to ensure all of your eligible expenses are included in your claim so we can maximise the value of your refund. For these reasons we do feel our fees are fair and competitive.

Great comms throughout the process Received the tax rebate eventually but took some weeks. Unfortunately the company takes a 40% cut (!!) so not quite the amount I wanted

From £1542 that I was promised I only…
From £1542 that I was promised I only got £300 , I realised there was another company with a name similar to yours that was created and attached to my claim. Even though they did nothing for me the rest of the money went to them . At the end of the day this was nor worth a struggle,. For that reason I won't be recommending you to anyone soon.

Hello Danisa, as advised over the phone your repayment for the work we completed on your behalf for earlier years was released to a third party with who you had previously signed up with. Ultimately that was an agreement that you signed up to with full knowledge and because it is a Deed of Assignment, their authority for that period legally supersedes ours for those years. This means that they received payment for the work we carried out in the earlier years, this is why your repayment was substantially less than what was quoted. We are sorry that this third party company received part of your repayment and I hope you can recover these funds from them. After all, they have benefitted from the hard work we carried out on your behalf.
