We are experiencing delays at HMRC as they are carrying out extra security checks on self assessment tax returns. These checks are affecting all of our clients. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to get payments released and are contacting HMRC at every opportunity. Disappointed
This is my second year using this company and this time i am not happy with the outcome.
Their estimate was £250 more than i got from back HMRC if i had known that i wouldnt have used them as my agent , i got more back last year for the exact same run as i have done for this claim and by the time they take 40% off if was a joke, i certainly won't be using them again. I'm really dissappointed.

Hello Angela, thank you for your time speaking to me over the phone yesterday. I hope I was able to clarify the reason for difference of your estimated refund to the amount that was released by HMRC. Once you have completed the instructions in the link I sent you HMRC will release the remaining amount and the full amount you were expecting will be able to be sent out to you.

Clear cut FRAUD…
This is a warning for anyone contemplating using this company….. I would steer WELL clear. They are fraudulent, and scammers waiting to take money owed to you.
Care worker tax rebate are a subsidiary company of Online Processing (UK) LTD and also trade as Forces Tax Rebate.
In my claim they’d stated to have cleared a debt (underpayment due to student loan) with HMRC on my behalf as part of my claim. When I phoned HMRC directly (on three separate occasions) they said this was untrue. HMRC presented proof and have supplied all my statements for the last 3 years backing this up.
The company has actually sent me recordings of their calls to HMRC as a way of creating subterfuge. These calls actually further incriminate these fraudsters as their figures are never discussed with HMRC and are pure fabrications. They have systematically lied about my claim through the process and hyper inflated claim figures in the attempt to scam me from more money.
These agencies are making inflated claims to their clients and will take their 40% fee from bogus and inflated amounts. I am 100% certain they have committed FRUAD of this nature to countless of their clients over a number of years.
My recommendation is do your own self assessment, it really isn’t that complicated and you will avoid the extortionate charges, also the risk of this agency fraudulently pocketing more of your money.
Unfortunately I have been forced to take this further legally by contacting the Insolvency Service. Don’t waste your time like I have!

The company were really helpful and sorted out my claim very quickly. They kept me up to date with how it was progressing all the way through.The only thing I can under mark them on is the percentage they take , which is too high.

Very helpful if you don’t know what your doing. They answer all the questions, I was sceptical at first as thought it was a scam but it’s not I received my money and the check cleared so happy days. Hi I was told by a friend, who claimed a tax refund for milage I use ,working as a community carer visiting clients in the own homes, that I could receive a tax rebate because of the amount of miles I do.i contacted care worker tax rebate on line filled out the questions they asked me for ,next day I received an email saying they will deal with this & get back to me.They kept me updated to what was going on & in 2 months I received a cheque for over £400 i was very surprised I much I received & will be using this for the petrol I use for work.
