Annual FREE Boiler Service.
Sophie pitched up on time, giving a heads up when she was on the way. Identified remedial work required during the service, with a subsequent visit to fix it all up. Clean and tidy, no hassle at all.
Service was 14th of August

Distribution board install and existing fault remediation
The Engineer arrived on time in the morning and did a very good job he was very professional and friendly. There was an issue with previous work that had been done years ago when the kitchen was extended which he successfully diagnosed and fixed that as part of his testing of the new distribution board install.

Engineer was great but booking…
Engineer was great but booking experience definitely not. Tried emailing but no response ,tried direct messaging for call back ,no response. Only had success when actually telephoning and holding for some considerable time.

No stress pumber
One plumber looked at my indoor pipe under stairs and said it was old claw system! Rightio came out plumber looked repaired it within 15 mins fantastic service.

Had an issue with my electrics
Had an issue with my electrics, Darren attended and he was polite and friendly and sorted the job quickly. So pleased I purchased my care plan!

Really good service from the company
Really good service from the company. They repaired my boiler and overall I was very happy with the work. The only downside was the communication, as I had to chase them a couple of times for updates. Communication is definitely an area they could improve.
That said, the service itself was good, and the issue was resolved properly, so they still deserve 5 stars from me. I would use them again.
