The process was made easy by great staff member that was very helpful throughout the process.

We took a policy out several moths ago after giving Dean our requirements for our business needs , called today to arrange some extra additional cover to keep with the same company as we believed they helped us when setting up the business , well what can I say I am massively disappointed today as we have just been told that we did not have insurance for customers vehicles outside or within our premises even although this was a priority when the policy was taken and as Dean advised it was within our policy, the policy only covers us to drive customers vehicles on the road which we did not need as our previous provider had us covered . the policy was only take as we needed the premises cover.
PLEASE MAKE SUR YOU HAVE SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS THESES POLICIES WHEN TAKING ONE OUT WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY MISS LEAD AND MISS SOLD US A POLICY

Do not take a motor trade policy with this company!
My policy auto renewed and i rang up to cancel and they are are trying now to charge me their commission of £410

I spoke to Lauren today regarding a query on my father's home insurance policy. She was extremely patient and answered my query with empathy and professionalism.

Went online and requested a quote, someone rang me from onesure, to save time i told them it was to insure a 13.5T recovery vehicle. they said they could do that took details, Then put me on hold and someone else pcked up the call he then again proceeded to ask the questions, again i asked so we dont waste time can you cover the said HGV again not a problem, details passed then put on hold again then it rang out and a different person answered and said we dont insure abouve 7.5T, so i queried why the last 2 people said they did, tirns out onesure had put me over to a different company without even telling me so lied on 2 occassions just to try andget at least kick back commission by telling me they did cover the vehicle yet just passed me around to other companies.. NOT a Honest or ethical company,

I was assisted by David and had an excellent service, i really saved a lot from the offer i got from him

Genuine person who cares about the customer and has top awareness skills to be able to know how to act/react in certain situations. (I'm very worried about being taken advantage of)

I received a call from Robert Henery when I made enquires online for insurance. He was very patient and thorough in his explanation of what I would get with my insurance.
He gave me enough time to think about what I would be getting with one sure and I appreciated that very much.

Grate service, very transparent and forthcoming with information. Didn’t feel obligated to accept any deal. Great costumer service. Highly recommend

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
Wanted to cancel my policy as I’d sold my van. Took me ages to get through then they cut my off whilst transferring me. Eventually got to talk to someone who told me because I’d paid for a full year in advance and had two months left I’d get twenty odd quid back. Sadly I then had to pay a “cancellation charge of over £80 which meant I owed them over £50!!!!!!
Talk about ripping people off!!!!

Rob is an absolute legend, great personality fabulous, customer service skills and a pleasure to speak to. He made me feel at ease no pressure and resolved a couple of issues asap.

Would highly recommend management recognise Robs contributions towards the company and reward him adequately
