Update regarding my previous post, just to re-enforce my suggestion never to use this company.
On posting my first Trustpilot entry, the company denied I had been a customer of theirs however after forwarding proof of my purchase, my post was allowed to be published.
They then agreed for me to return the faulty diffuser. This was done well before Christmas however, many emails later, I had a response from Car Cologne at the beginning of this week apologising for they delay but they were waiting for new stock. This would indicate that the diffuser I returned was in fact faulty.
Yesterday, I recieved a parcel from Cat Cologne and on opening it found that it is the original faulty diffuser I retirement to them as it had a small mark on the base that I put on it for just this reason.
Low and behold, after testing this, it is still faulty and the company have merely kept the faulty goods and then returned them to me.
This is the level of company your dealing with, if your lucky to get a diffuser that works, then I'm sure customers will be happy however, for those of is who have any issues are fighting an up hill battle to get any sense from Car Cologne customer services.
They lie, by saying they are waiting for new stock when they are just delaying dealing with my issues.
They lie, they are sending a replacement when they don't and end up reporting the original faulty item, so faulty.
As previously stated, there are many other companies that do similar or better car Diffusers so I would seriously consider using them before using Car Cologne.

We're sorry to hear of your recent experience with us. Upon liaising with the team, we can confirm you were called and spoken to and we arranged to inspect 1 out of the 2 diffusers you ordered as it was faulty. We received it back, and replaced the top section of the diffuser as this is where our technicians established where the fault was. This was also tested prior to re-sending you the diffuser - with parts taken from brand new stock which arrived this week from our manufacturers. We wouldn't provide a returns label, spend time diagnosing the fault, replace the parts, pay for postage to return the product to you all to send back the exact same diffuser - it would be illogical.
With regards to your previous Trustpilot review, yes we did request information from you purely because 'W KELLY' doesn't exist on our systems as the order has been placed using a name beginning with B.
We don't always get things right however, to say that we haven't tried to assist you to resolve this matter would be unfair to state. We have been liaising with you via email and telephone to help resolve the issue at hand and are still happy to assist you. Feel free to call us on the mobile number our team contacted you on.

HAVE HAD TO CONTACT PAYPAL TO SORT THIS OUT. NOT WORTH THE BOTHER

Sorry to hear of your issues. Unfortunately, we can't accept a returns on products that have been used or activated which is why you were offered a partial refund. Had you contacted us prior to sending your Electronic Diffuser back to us, we would have informed you of this and looked to reach a sensible resolution with you. However, you purchased an Electronic device so of course, it will need powering on as it has a battery - similar to any electronic device. You could leave it on constantly but this would drain the power as well as the fragrance oil. Our website gives a detailed, written overview of the product itself showing the on/off button as well as a video showing how to use the product.
We're sorry we couldn't meet your expectations on this occasion.

After several emails trying to resolve your issue for a product purchased almost a year ago (28th October 2022), we are disappointed to see if you have still chosen to leave a negative review after having one bad experience from 13 orders with us. Not only did we offer the discount code to you, but we also offered to try and diagnose/fix the diffuser if you sent it back to us. Unfortunately, like any other business, we aren't able to offer blind refunds or replacements, especially after a product has been used for circa 12 months.
That being said, we're still happy to assist you and resolve the issue if you are willing to return the diffuser to us.

DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
UPDATE: THIS STUFF HAS NOW LEFT A MARK ON THE LEATHER SEATS OF MY CAR. DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
I will start by saying I normally love all the scents and products from CC, but the mist is a complete waste of money.
I was gifted a bottle by my wife, but to be honest I don't know who is more upset about how rubbish it was.
Firstly I can't identify which smell it's supposed to be. Secondly it says on the box that it "lasts 24-48 hours" but that is absolute rubbish...it barely lasts 30 minutes in my car.
It says 3-5 sprays in the footwell...I've done 5 sprays in every footwell in my car...that's 30 sprays in total...and it still doesn't last more than half an hour.
Will I buy from CC again... probably...but never wasting money on a mist again!
Funnily enough, giving them a 1 star rating means your review will not be posted on their website...

We can see you are a long-standing customer of ours and have placed 4 orders since 2020 yet have not left any reviews for your previous purchases. We also cannot see a Car Mist in any of your orders either. However, the Car Mist specifically states it will last "up to" 24-48 hours. This will vary depending on the fragrance chosen and of course the environment/conditions of a vehicles interior. There is also a clear warning label printed on the packaging of the of the Car Mist advising not to spray the product directly onto textiles. If you have sprayed this on the leather seats or in their direction, you have disregarded the warning label. Any product containing pure fragrance oil and alcohol will without doubt damage textiles.
