Car diffusers not working again! Sent two emails but not response!!

SHOCKING HOW THEY CAN OPERATE : Further to the review I left last week. I have reported this to PayPal and explained the situation, shocking customer service and the absolute bull excuses they give. Before I even finished with my complaint pay pal had refunded the full amount. It’s obviously not the first and won’t be the last complaint pay pal have had with this company. I hope this review alerts potential buyers to serve and look for other companies who respect the clients and doesn’t take the money , with a load of BULL to follow.

Without doubt the poorest communications of any company I have ever tried to reach. This company is very eager to send marketing emails but when I try to send them an email asking 1 very simple question, I have never had a reply. It is a shame because the product is excellent.

Initially I had the car diffuser product for around 10 months, I had a couple issues but usually easily resolved without contacting the company, I really enjoyed the product for this period, No issues with scents and a couple of reorders minus being able to order a scent which was out of stock, no major issues and customer service got back to me.

Sadly the product then developed a fault and would not mist, regardless of being charged or not (Sadly after I just spent £25 on new scents.)

I emailed customer service with couple ignored emails and a couple of replies, but finally was advised address and way to return the item. This was completed and item was signed for on 20th October. Since then I have emailed on 23rd Oct, 30th Oct & 9th Nov without replay, messaged today (11th Nov) on instagram and contact us form.

Product appears to be of a poor standard to fault so quickly and customer service (after reading reviews above & my own opinion,) appears to be either ignoring issues or not caring about them. Since I’m now down a diffuser with no understanding of where item is or if it has been fixed or if it will be returned.

My partner did request one for Christmas, after this experience I’ll potentially buy Noir diffuser, higher rating & better customer service on trust pilot when issues appear. Sadly looks like I’ll have to buy two, to replace the car cologne one if I continue to get no replay.

Had an issue once where an item was delayed due to stock. I messaged them on Instagram at night expecting radio silence. Instead, they responded fast, explained what was going on, and made sure a replacement was sent next day. That turned a frustrating situation into a good experience.

After liking my car fresheners so much, I tried their Home Cologne line. The scent carries well through the living room without being overwhelming. Definitely works well for indoor spaces and gives good value.

Bought the Deluxe Car Mist diffuser as a tester. Refilling is surprisingly simple, and I’ve tried three different scents now all good. Customer service helped me pick the right refill when my first scent didn’t quite match my tastes.

I tried one of the “Million”-inspired card fresheners from Car Cologne last week, and it still smells great every time I get in the car. It isn’t overpowering, which I really appreciate. Packaging was neat too no leaks or mess.

I've tried plenty of brands, but Car Cologne's products are by far the best quality. Recently tried their Home Cologne range as well and was very impressed.

Million is my go-to fragrance that really fills the care with a fresh scent. It’s discreet but make a big difference. Been buying with these guys for years and even brands ( Carfume, Noir, Yankee Candle etc) but always come back to Car Cologne. Nothing compares so save your time and money

Car cologne seller are basically theives. Do not buy. The smells are cheap counterfeits of the original and smell disgusting. The deign of the bottles are poor aswell the oil leaks and they don’t close properly. I ordered 3 and wanted to return but it wasn’t possible as they automatically apply a small discount and according to their return policy discounted items are considered sale items and are non refundable so I’m stuck with these cheap car diffusers and I will not be getting my money back from them. Such a rip off! Very sneaky seller. Avoid at all costs!

Very reliable products. Been using these boys for a few years now and the diffusers (3 pack) lasts me a full year which is well worth it. I personally love MDK oud satin mood which is the best. I got the car mist too which is fantastic. When I placed my order this year, it got delayed by a week due to MFK being out of stock but that was explained to me by customer service via instagram very thoroughly and for a token of appreciation they sent it out next day even though I paid for normal service. They even sent out a free air con cologne as a good will which was even better! They looked after me well and couldn’t have asked for a better service. Please use these guys more often as their products are super reliable and customer service is on point and understanding too. Much appreciated!!

Rubbish product, minimal smell and form on website to complain doesn’t work

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Previously gave a 1 star review as item was missing and they never got back in touch after several attempts. They eventually got back in touch and explained how they were really busy and could I take the review down which I obliged.
Got an email on 19/1/25 saying that the will be dispatching it in the next 24 hours and it has still not arrived as of 3/2/25. Same story again, been in touch several times and still no response. I don’t care how busy you are it doesn’t take that long to deliver and item and it doesn’t take over 1 week to reply. The products are good (even though the diffuser only lasted about a month) but the delivery times are ridiculous and the customer service is even worse.

Bought the electric deluxe diffuser just before Xmas very expensive, now there are no refills available and sold out in all smells. Emailed and messaged and had no reply. Don’t know what I’m going to do with a £60 air freshener with no refill.

Got an electronic defuser for Christmas so I thought I buy some refills. Website easy enough to navigate, brought 3 bottles and all smell fantastic. Their products are top notch. BUT I given a tracking number and a delivery date which was literally a few days after purchase. However, nothing arrived so I thought I pop them a message….no reply. So sent another messsge….no reply. Went on their Facebook and sent a message….no reply. Tried commenting on a few posts and…..no reply. Kinda gave up after this. Started a charge back with my bank and the following day the tracking updated and the refills arrived a few days later, luckily I managed to cancel the charge back. In summary products are good but customer service is atrocious. I will buy more refills when they’re in stock again and I’ll change my review if the delivery/customer service is better.

Ordered a couple of times from car cologne and needed assistant both times. Ignored both times and out of pocket. Recently received my order, bottle smashed and oil everywhere. I reached out to car cologne only to be ignored. I wouldn’t bother wasting your time.
