The RV we got was not really good maintained. We had a water leakage, which was obviously previous to our rental existing. We need about 2 weeks to convince CanaDream to change the unit.
Communication was always friendly, but decisions and actions slow

Uebernahme und Rückgabe des Fahrzeuges klappte bestens und in kürzester Zeit. Das Fahrzeug war sauber und bestens unterhalten und entsprach dem Standard, den wir gebucht hatten. Der Staff war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterlagen im Fahrzeug waren aussagekräftig und erwiesen sich in der Praxis als nützlich.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: Obwohl bezüglich Pfannen und Kochutensilien sehr gut ausgestattet, war der Umfang/Anzahl von Geschirr und Gläsern zu knapp bemessen. Obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren, mussten wir Teller und Gläser selber kaufen.

Had a nice RV and a good service during our trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Professional handling of matters.
I was surprised to be served by team members fluent in German. Operating instructions for the vehicle also available in German language.
What I disliked:
I was urged to leave the plastic covers over the floor mats in the truck cabin. It always felt like a test drive at a car dealership. (Next step will be covers over the seats.)

The furnace broke twice on the trip. Canadream reacted very well and sent us to a repair store where it got fixed. Three days later, same story, different piece on the furnace broke and it had to be repaired once more. Again, the response of Canadream to organize the repair work was very good.
When we took over the RV, it was quite obvious with 92000km on the odometer that it was in use quite often, which was visible inside. As it was only in operation for two years (which as per the fine print is within the operational time period), one cannot say much about it.
But, the freezer was still full of bread crumbs, the floor was not cleaned at all and at the wall next to the table a red tomato sauce stain has not been cleaned either. It was quite embarrassing when we highlighted it. Additionally, more than half of the locks of the outside doors were so loose, you could turn them by hand and open the lockable storage places without a key.

Reception and first contact very friendly and helpful. RV was ready to go which was good. While we did get some basic instructions on using the RV functions, I feel that having reviewed the video, more instruction time could have been given on such things as how to open the bonnet or hood and operation of the heating systems. We found the RV reliable with all functions working reliability. The drop off was quick and easy. Our main concern was that the tyre pressure alarm was constantly activating and then resting when there was no actual tyre pressure issue. This caused some inital anxiety until we where advised by CanaDream to ignore the alarm. Otherwise we had an enjoyable experience.

We had a great experience with CanaDream! From start to finish, the service was warm and professional. The service station was super easy to find and had everything we needed—entertainment, coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere to kick off our adventure. Although we had to wait a little despite our reservation, it wasn’t a big deal—once things got rolling, everything went smoothly. The return process was a breeze! It was well-organized, quick, and handled with care. We left feeling satisfied and impressed. Thanks, CanaDream, for making our trip even better!

Dear CanaDream Team!
This was the second time we rent a CanaDream motorhome and unfortunately the second experience was not so great like the first. Both times we rent the motorhome in Germany via the ADAC/Gotravelhome. We had to wait very long for the check in (and I was really sick this day), and then we were the last clients and I was very disappointed that we got the smallest motorhome from the Save 4 category we booked, for 4 adults and for a lot of money. A mail from your company that there is a time slot for the check in would be very helpful!! But the really worst experience was the german woman in the office when we returned the motorhome. I told her about our problem with the waste water hose, it had many holes and she seemed not so surprised, the only reaction from her was why we didn’t buy a new one!!??? That was very brash. Very kind and very professional was the young German boy he checked our motorhome when we returned that, a big thank you to him 🙏

Pick up time ! To busy, they should take less pick ups at one day. By check in we only could choose for 15:00 hour and had to want untill 16:00 hour, before getting on the road it´s nearly 17: 00 hour. We had a relocation, it was better to have a few days for for driving the camper to drop off. Most off the people who do a relocation are Europeans. ( talking to other people in Canada) you pay to do a service for Canadream and you even don´t even get an axe or leveling blocks for free.
The locations Canadream are in industrial aria far from a shop or something to eat. ( not handy for the European customers)

Sehr nettes Personal, die Camper sind sehr sauber und es wird darauf geachtet, dass gut mit den Dingen umgegangen wird. Wir hatten unterwegs die Hotline (24h erreichbar!) angerufen und uns wurde direkt weitergeholfen. Kleiner Tipp: falls ihr Küchenausstattungit dazu gebucht habt, bringt dennoch ein gutes Gemüsemesser mit. Es gibt zwar Messer, allerdings waren unsere sehr stumpf. Und falls ihr von Deutschland aus bucht: bucht nicht über die ADAC Homepage. Der Dienstleister "Go Travelhome" mit dem zusammengearbeitet wird ist wirklich schlecht und absolut nicht erreichbar! Und sehr viel teurer! Ich würde empfehlen über vpn direkt bei Canadream zu buchen.

Unkomplizierter Service, nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter und schnelle Abwicklung.
Abholung und Rückgabe des RV haben reibungslos geklappt.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Afhalen camper ging goed, instructie/ info krijgen was heel matig, het is omdat we zelf een camper hebben weten we het meeste wel.
Maar als je voor het eerst een camper gaat rijden, is de instructie veel tekort!!

Inleveren van de camper ging niet goed, we kregen de camper mee met een lekke band minuscuul klein gaatje , bij het inleveren van de camper, was het betalen voor de lekke band.

Conclusie; Csnadream is te groot, ziet de klant niet meer, je bent hier meer een nummer.

Ruime en nette camper, alles is aanwezig en genoeg ruimte voor 3 volwassenen.

Wir fuhren mit einem Wohnmobil C 28 für 24 Tage von/bis Vancouver 4.000km durch den Westen Kanadas. Das RV hat sehr gut funktioniert, es gab keine Pannen und sogar der Kühlschrank und die Standheizung funktionierten hervorragend.
Bei der Übernahme des Fahrzeugs (Tachostand 82.500km) mussten wir leider etwa 1-2 Stunden warten, die Einweisung war aber problemlos.
Einzige Kritikpunkte sind eine durchgelegene große Matratze und innen schlecht gereinigte Fenster. Die Markise durften wir nicht verwenden.
Es wäre schön, wenn in der Vermietstationen ein größeres Regal zur Verfügung stünde, um restliche Lebensmittel und Reinigungsartikel für die nächsten Mieter zurücklassen zu können. Die dafür genutzten Tische im Wartebereich waren dafür zu klein.
Außerdem wäre eine große Landkarte an der Wand hilfreich, um während der Wartezeit bei der Übernahme die geplante Strecke noch einmal besprechen zu können.
Der Rückgabe erfolgte zügig in ca. 45 Minuten, ein großes Taxi zum Flughafen wurde organisiert.

Ook bij het inleveren geen moeilijkheden maar alles netjes afgehandeld. Kunnen autoverhuur bedrijven nog van leren.

We had a great time with the RV and the team at the store was super friendly! It was clean and everything how we ordered it. The motor control light turned on and the costumer service was very attentive, they made sure everything is good to go (just a sensor) and we had no problems with the return. I can highly recommend CanaDream RV. We will book there again for the next trip.

- Exterior damages that were noted and photographed during handover were attempted to be added by them at the return. The inspection tablet was cracked, and the photos from the handover were not recognizable.
- Gas alarm did not work.
- Front door had been repaired, but even when locked, it still allowed up to 5mm of gap when driving. Luckily, it latched in the last notch. It had to be closed repeatedly.
- The blanket was contaminated with dog/cat hair and had to be washed before use.
- The motorhome was generally poorly cleaned inside.
- The vehicle had over 80,000 km and was therefore rough to shift.
