The RV was modern and functional and the the service was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!

It was our first time renting out an Rv and turned out to be the most beautiful memory of lifetime. Canadream team was helpful throughout our journey. They explained everything clearly before we start and the RV was clean and comfortable. We will continue booking with Canadream in the future and highly recommended for your vacations.

We are from Germany and traveled to Canada as a family with two children for the first time. We had an unforgettable journey from Calgary to Vancouver. It was absolutely wonderful — the MHX motorhome was a dream, and the service we received for a defective starter battery was excellent. We can wholeheartedly recommend CanaDream. It was a truly unforgettable vacation.

We had a fantastic RV holiday, made possible by the team at Canadream. The pickup was very smooth, with enough of a familiarisation to get us on our way. The RV itself was great, with plenty of room for our large family. It worked perfectly for the duration of our holiday and we had no issues.
At drop off time, again, it was very smooth and we were away very quickly.
In future, I wouldn’t bother booking the WiFi dongle. The connection was very slow and we barely used it

Excellent experience with CanaDream from start to finish. Easy online booking, great website, app and online help and advice. Quality and Competitively priced RV which included everything we needed for an incredible trip through the Rockies... Will definitely use CanaDream again the next time we visit Canada.

All round great! From start to finish.
We collected and Canadream had a lovely waiting area as we were a little early. Went over everything you could think of in our introduction. Felt confident driving away in it. Had an 'issue' with our Air Con and had a phone call back immediately on a Sunday from the technical and solved straight away. Drop off was quick and easy.

The brand-new motorhome was easy and safe to drive.
There’s plenty of space for two people.

A very friendly reception, thorough inspection of the van, and even a relaxed handover when we returned the van.

The contact and handover were very friendly and thorough. Our motorhome was equipped with everything we needed and fulfilled all our promises.

This is a well renowned company and I expected so much more for my cross country trip. They provided me one of their Compact Motorhomes that was not up to the task. A couple days into our drive to our first destination, the RV main door kept coming unlatched. We stopped, delaying our trip by two days for a repair man to come. On the way back, EVERY DAY the problem persisted. Every 5-10 minutes the passenger had to unbuckle their seat belt and re-latch the back door. We picked up the RV from Vancouver location and dropped it to Calgary location. In the last few days of our trip, the vehicle was also having trouble starting. We had no service where we were to call it in, and almost got stranded multiple times. After submitting a complaint, this multi-million dollar company agreed to give me a measly $400 back (2 days credit, which is NOTHING as they charged me 2 additional days having to extend our return date due to THEIR MOTORHOME ISSUES...) We spent thousands more on this company as they were supposed to be 'top-rated' compared to the competitors, but I'm here to tell you they fell extremely short of their reputation and our expectations. Seek another company, don't waste the extra thousands going with this company for 'peace of mind' like we did, as you certainly won't get it.

Vehicle is comfortable but the bowls and plates often fell out of place due to not well secured. Company service not very good. Throw video to customers and expect us to learn ourselves. Luckily I have had some motorhome experience. Staff not very knowledgeable. I had rented motorhome in New Zealand twice before and had very good experience. The Staff there went through the vehicle and operation with us during pick up, which allowed us to learn the ropes quickly. That is why when compared to Canadream I think the company is inferior in terms of support and service, where we had to pay extra if we need physical guidance. Had to pay for mileage exceed despite me already topped up for extra mileage during pick up. Had seeked advice from staff during pick up and advice was that the mileage I topped up was likely enough. I ended exceeding almost 1,000 km and had to top up a few hundred dollars and staff was not even willing to offer any discount. Overall I give 3 stars because vehicle is comfortable but level of service and support from company is quite inferior when compared to my experience with other companies. Perhaps it's different culture among different countries but I believe my expecations are basic.

As always, great service and staff. This time we had rented 9 RV's and in most cases there were no problems. However, a few of the 9 RV's had problems that made everything not just good. A lot of time was spent on, among other things, charging the living area and problems with the toilet.
Despite these problems, thank you for this time, we will come again ;-)

The inside heigt of the unit is a little to low when you are > 1.90m.
Driving the truck F350 is great and comfy. Navigation using carplay is not we are used to.
Cutlery and plates were a at a minimum, no spare. Meat/grocery knife was missing.
Bathroom was not clean.
After a good clean and buying some greater knifes and extra cups. We had a great expirience.

Picking up and dropping off times are not great, if you don't pay extra. The service provided however is good.

The stuff in Vancouver was very friendly and good organized.
The Maxi Truck camper is a perfect car which is not to long and with a very strong engine. It needs only 14,5 Liter Diesel in average about 10.000 km.
One disadvantage: It's not really fit for people like me. I'm 1,88m tall. I think it's only perfect for people who are smaller than 1,8 m.

our Motorhome was ready at time, everything was perfect.
Two Things where not so good :
1. We could not get a second Duvet for our bed, we where travelling september and october in north of BC.
2. we had a flat tire - the insureance handle perfect and the tire was replaced in 2 1/2 hour. At the end, we had to pay 56 CAD for this used tire ! That gave me a bad taste.
But over all - it was a perfect time, and i will recommend CanaDream :-)

Es war angenehm und unkompliziert. Fragen konnten alle beantwortet werden.

Mussten beim abholen warten da, die vorherigen nicht pünktlich waren war sehr schade.

Und die Sitz möglichkeiten, während der Fahrt sind auch bescheiden zu 7.

Dépôt de garantie de 3000$ malhonnêtement pas restitué !

Au retour d' une visite, je surprends un véhicule se garant en marche arrière à côté de nous, touché le rétroviseur du Maxi Travel Camper loué chez Canadream

Finalement, ce n' est que le catadioptre latéral de l' autre véhicule qui a touché le plastique arrière de notre rétroviseur n' y laissant qu' un très léger impact à peine visible et largement inférieur au 2 cm considérés comme usure normale dans les clauses des rapports d' état du véhicules de Canadream et également moins importante que d' autres marques plus anciennes.

Pour que nous n' ayons pas d' ennuis, le conducteur du véhicule en tord me propose d' appeler Canadream pour laisser ses coordonnées au cas où le rétroviseur aurait subi un dommage plus important .

Pour respecter la procédure, Canadream nous demande de tout de même rédiger un constat.

Résultat, à notre retour à l' agence de Vancouver, le responsable me présente un devis fantaisiste de 3283 $ pour remplacer ce rétroviseur tout en m' assurant que ce sera l' assurance du véhicule en tord qui prendra le coût du remplacement à sa charge.

Je trouve déjà cette démarche pas très correcte, mais je ne suis qu' au début de mes surprises, car 2 mois après mon retour en France, un certain Bradelay Adams me fait savoir que la caution ne me sera pas restituée car dans l' état de Colombie Britanique où l' incident s' est passé et où se trouve l' agence de Vancouver, chaque partie est responsable des frais de réparation de son véhicule quelque soit les responsabilités de chacun !Il

Je veux bien l' entendre, mais il me semble que Canadream pourrait à minima informer sa clientèle de cette loi dans l' état de Colombie Britanique que même le personnel de Vancouver ne semble connaitre !

Plus de 4 mois après les faits maintenant, et malgré mes multiples relances, Canadream ne peut toujours pas me présenter une facture RELLE de remplacement du rétroviseur qui m 'est pourtant indispensable pour espérer le dédommagement de cette franchise, et ne veut toujours pas comprendre que l' estimatif fantaisiste des frais de remplacement du rétroviseur qui m' a été présenté à mon retour à l' agence de vancouver ne peut se substituer la facture REELLE du remplacement du rétroviseur .

Ma conviction est que Canadream n' a jamais remplacé ce rétroviseur pour cette très légère marque invisible pour un non averti et profite de nous avoir fait rédiger ce constat pour retenir malhonnêtement mon dépôt de garantie !

Voilà, un incident qui a largement terni ce voyage et l' image qu' il me restera du Canada .

The RV was great but the were a few minor niggles. Although there was only 2 of us we don’t feel that supplying 2 sets of cutlery and plates is adequate. There were many occasions when we would need to wash 1 or 2 items because we didn’t have spares, this was both inconvenient and wasteful of water and propane.
I ordered 2 linen kits so we would have 2 of everything and wouldn’t need to do any washing while on holiday. We got 2 sets of towels but only 1 set of sheets, I was told that a second set of sheets wasn’t supplied with a second linen kit. I don’t understand why, surely a kit is a kit?
