Wir fuhren mit einem Wohnmobil C 28 für 24 Tage von/bis Vancouver 4.000km durch den Westen Kanadas. Das RV hat sehr gut funktioniert, es gab keine Pannen und sogar der Kühlschrank und die Standheizung funktionierten hervorragend.
Bei der Übernahme des Fahrzeugs (Tachostand 82.500km) mussten wir leider etwa 1-2 Stunden warten, die Einweisung war aber problemlos.
Einzige Kritikpunkte sind eine durchgelegene große Matratze und innen schlecht gereinigte Fenster. Die Markise durften wir nicht verwenden.
Es wäre schön, wenn in der Vermietstationen ein größeres Regal zur Verfügung stünde, um restliche Lebensmittel und Reinigungsartikel für die nächsten Mieter zurücklassen zu können. Die dafür genutzten Tische im Wartebereich waren dafür zu klein.
Außerdem wäre eine große Landkarte an der Wand hilfreich, um während der Wartezeit bei der Übernahme die geplante Strecke noch einmal besprechen zu können.
Der Rückgabe erfolgte zügig in ca. 45 Minuten, ein großes Taxi zum Flughafen wurde organisiert.

Ook bij het inleveren geen moeilijkheden maar alles netjes afgehandeld. Kunnen autoverhuur bedrijven nog van leren.

We had a great time with the RV and the team at the store was super friendly! It was clean and everything how we ordered it. The motor control light turned on and the costumer service was very attentive, they made sure everything is good to go (just a sensor) and we had no problems with the return. I can highly recommend CanaDream RV. We will book there again for the next trip.

- Exterior damages that were noted and photographed during handover were attempted to be added by them at the return. The inspection tablet was cracked, and the photos from the handover were not recognizable.
- Gas alarm did not work.
- Front door had been repaired, but even when locked, it still allowed up to 5mm of gap when driving. Luckily, it latched in the last notch. It had to be closed repeatedly.
- The blanket was contaminated with dog/cat hair and had to be washed before use.
- The motorhome was generally poorly cleaned inside.
- The vehicle had over 80,000 km and was therefore rough to shift.

The reception was friendly, and the car handover went smoothly. Unfortunately, at the first stop, we discovered that the gray water hadn't been drained and the fill level indicator and battery were broken.
It would be nice if an axe were included in the standard equipment, like the competition.
Otherwise, everything was great.

Our family of five rented the MH-A Maxi Motorhome and we were very satisfied with both the space and comfort it provided. The vehicle was ideal for long drives and cozy nights — the heating worked perfectly throughout our trip. Although the battery did not charge properly when connected to external power, this was a minor issue as we traveled daily. Parking such a large vehicle requires some practice, so it’s advisable to have a second person assist when reversing. Overall, we were very pleased and would gladly rent again.

Internet dongle was a waste of time but it was refunded. ✅

Generally excellent service but a bit of a surprise at the end re some minor damage. So beware: look at insurance and liability reduction options very carefully. You pay for insurance but you still have a sizeable excess. Other than that I recommend Canadream as had a positive experience.

We had a fantastic experience with CanaDream! The whole process went perfectly smoothly from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed, all times were kept as promised, and both the pick-up and drop-off of our motorhome were extremely well organized and very quick — no waiting at all. The service was excellent, the motorhome was great, and we would definitely rent from CanaDream again. Highly recommended!

Perfect rental experience. Fast pick-up and drop-off, and the vehicle was in perfect condition.

The service and support were exceptional. Our fridge stopped working and Canadream brought us out a new van the following day. Any time we phoned with a question, we were given clear and helpful instructions to rectify the problem. This was our first camper van experience and I would highly recommend this company

Administration order follow up was impeccable. Gear was OK though some small details deserve attention especially since our van was only a few months old. Also the so called upgrade from 7' to 10' unit was not really nice, as it made manouvrability and parking much harder.

We can highly recommend Canadream! From booking to return it was a great experience. Very friendly, helpful and fast communication. And also very generous when canceling already booked options. All campers on site looked very well maintained. Our MHC had only 30’000km.

Older camper with worn interior. Additional paid facilities (e.g. camping chairs, camper inventory and linen package) were simple and very meager. The long wait to pick up the camper was compensated with a later drop-off time, but that is of no use because you have to check out of the campsite on time anyway. The late pick-up time meant arriving at the first reserved campsite in the dark and then having to connect the camper for the first time in the dark. Even though we had taken out comprehensive insurance in the Netherlands, they 'still forced' us to take out an extra insurance. Otherwise, there would have been no assistance in case of damage or an accident.

Da wir zum ersten Mal mit einem Wohnmobil unterwegs waren war es für uns eine neue Erfahrung. Man hat vorher schon Bedenken ob man das hinbekommt ein Land was man nicht kennt und nicht 100 Prozent der Sprache mächtig ist und dann noch ein Wohnmobil.
Aber ja es war fantastisch und CanaDream hat alles perfekt vorbereitet ob es die Annahme und Abgabe des Wohnmobils war top organisiert. Das Wohnmobil wir hatten ein mittleres Model war ordentlich und es hat uns an nix gefehlt. Betten waren top.
Besonders möchten wir den Jungen Mitarbeiter von CanaDream aus Deutschland ( Hannover) danke sagen er hat uns prima eingewiesen. Er macht einen tollen Job! Danke.
Wir werden wiederkommen.

Good vehicle with minor issues. Customer service and policies not up to standard in my opinion. Spent over $7000 renting vehicle but you have to pay extra to be given a rundown of the vehicle. On return our multiple minor issues with the vehicle (and other customer's bigger issues) were brushed aside, but payment for going 70km over our 3400km purchased km package was required. A petty charge given the amount we had paid to rent the vehicle. Our reasoning for going over kms including large diversions from wildfires and accidents were ignored, and we were repeatedly told to 'read the contract' We could have walked away mostly happy with our experience but instead we won't recommend Canadream.

We had a 24ft RV for 16 days and everything was great. Glad there was a User Guide in the van that we could actually refer to for using the air con and heating systems, as and when needed in our own time. Vans were great, everything was included in the packages selected but we only used the extra camping chairs once as a lot of places had benches in each of the RV sites we stayed at. The toaster was a nice extra! Make sure you budget for the 12mpg but fuel is half UK prices!
