Amazing RV’s and awesome and helpful staff

Wonderful experience. The truck camper was very clean. Very well stocked. Would 100% plan this again. Staff was also very nice.

Alle Mitarbeiter der Station waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - wir hatten Glück und haben eine deutschsprachige Einweisung in das Fahrzeug erhalten.

Dank des vorherigen Online-Check-Ins hatten wir eine zügige Abwicklung an der Station. Für die persönliche Einweisung bitte gerne etwas mehr Zeit einplanen.

Das Fahrzeug war in einem sehr guten Zustand auch wenn man an der einen oder anderen Stelle sieht, dass es Mieter gibt, die nicht immer alle erforderliche Sorgfalt walten lassen.
_ bei der Tür zum Bad wird über kurz oder lang der Griff auszutauschen sein, da einem die Plastikverkleidung des Griffs schnell entgegen kommt.

WICHTIG: Bei einem Unfall/Schaden sich nicht von der Polizei am Telefon abwimmeln lassen, da für die Versicherung eine Schadensnummer der Polizei eingereicht werden muss.

The camper on the truck centre of gravity and mass did not seem to be correct. On a road with dips or lumps made the camper rock forward and back making the ride quite uncomfortable and worrying. The erratic movement caused 2 sets of glasses and a coffee cup to smash. We replaced these but spend much time trying to find and. Buy replacements. It’s as if the rear springs were overloaded.
The black water tank level indicator was out by a third i.e. even empty it showed 1/3 full. We had to empty the black water tank as the indicator showed full but it wasn't. This meant we paid $36 extra in dump fees.
The smoke alarm would chirp at night making sleep impossible. We ended up removing batteries from the alarm.
Th cutlery was inadequate just 2 of each knife, fork and spoon. The rubber padding or lack of dividers to prevent damage is inadequate.
The table top was loose making it difficult to eat at the tanle without spilling drinks or dishes sliding if bumped.
The doona was very dusty as if it hadn't been washed for a while. We felt it was gross and made us sneeze and watery eyes at bed time.
The camper/vehicle would rock a lot whilst moving around again the car suspension is in question.

Great service from the team and the RV was fantastic

Overall, the company provides good service, however, the rental process could be better. At no point was I asked where I would be driving the RV, but when I mentioned I was going to a colder region, I was informed that it wouldn't be possible to use water in the vehicle. However, the entire trip was planned for this purpose, and I had to wait almost 2 hours for them to perform the water removal procedure. In short, I arrive on time and have to return it at the specified time or there's a fine, but Canadream can make me wait as long as necessary due to a process error (the online booking system could ask about my intended destination) and I still have to return it at the agreed time to avoid a fine. Overall, the experience wasn't bad, just a poorly thought-out process.

Die Vorbereitung der Reise mit dem Wohnmobil wurde von CanaDream perfekt von vorne bis hinten durchgeplant. Es gab zu jeder Zeit Informationen und Tipps. Das Mieten des Campers in Vancouver war gut organisiert. Die Übernahme war auf Englisch, die Fahrzeugeinweisung sogar auf deutsch. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Camper, MHA mit Slide Out, war sauber. Einziger Minuspunkt, es gab für uns vier Personen auch nur 4 Teller, Tassen, Besteck, sodass man wirklich immer gezwungen war, alles sofort abzuwaschen. Die Rückgabe war Problemlos und ging schnell. Wie würden wieder bei CanaDream buchen.

The RV vehicle we hired was immaculate , well maintained , well stocked and we had plenty of towels , bedding , tea towels , cloths etc for three weeks . The bed was comfortable - very important- and the cooking facilities were amazing including an air fryer and microwave.
The staff were brilliant and there was a huge support with educational videos and personal instruction on how to use all the features of the RV . We British like our tea and one of the best things was stopping somewhere beautiful and having a picnic and a cup of tea while soaking in the beauty around us then going off on a hike to see a waterfall .

Gas burner didnt work

Toilet ran water which used up all our fresh water over night

The van smelled very strong of smelly dog

The awning didn’t work - which I found out later that they are all disabled. I was told this is on the contract but nobody was upfront with me on pick up day.

When I expressed these issues with the front desk staff the lady was rude to me.

I was given a 1 day discount but that’s not very helpful as our trip was ruined.

Everything was as we expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. The RV was excellent condition and our trip had no issues. Would do it all again. They give you a lot of info up front. Read it all and watch the videos!

Overall it was good trip. I had a miner but annoying issue.

The staff were really friendly, welcoming and professional. The whole rental process was incredibly simple.

Vehicle was in good condition, staff helpful but not very experienced. Booking system did not record early pick up and late return timing. Fortunately staff was able to accommodate when I had to call in again to confirm. Overall would still give a 4 star rating.

CamDream RV made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. The pickup and drop-off process was simple and well organized, and their team was incredibly helpful every step of the way. The vehicle itself was in great condition and exactly what we needed for the trip. Pricing was fair and transparent, which made everything that much easier to plan around. On top of that, their support throughout gave us real confidence while we were on the road. Looking forward to renting from them again in the future.

Unable to use electricity because of wrong adaptor. “No lady” minimized in an insulting way as well. No consideration for compensation. Sat in a serviced lot all week u able to use it. Burned through tanks of propane & gas to run generator for heat. Thing was returned hardly used. “No lady” clearly has a major role. This was an important family trip for significant personal reasons of loss. We made the best of it. Unable to find an adapter where we were as well. Definitely felt insulted by this organization. Veteran support was null as well. Regrets

Customer service was great. The RV was in fairly good shape and everything worked well.

The RV was perfect. Had so much fun exploring BC. Was so surprised how well insulated the van was and how well it kept its warmth over night. Easy to drive, very comfortable. Everything was perfect, and can’t wait to book it in again.

The collection process was good, although the information given about the processes to deal with cold temperatures was inaccurate and required 2 follow-up emails to other support staff to clarify.
The emergency call centre was very helpful when needed.
Just a note of caution to foreigners renting (customers with a credit card in a currency other than CAD). The security deposit is an actual charge on your credit card, NOT a hold. If there is no damage at the end of the rental, there is a full refund in CAD. However, these 2 transactions will be processed at the buying and selling spot rate of your credit card provider. You will almost certainly get back less than the deposit originally charged in your local currency. I lost 8.5% of my deposit due to this issue.
