Load of rubbish chineses robbing good for nothing no refunds 10% of or send it back nearly £30 to send it back don’t go near this site or the other 10 names they use on other sites 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered a brown winter jacket. Took about a fortnight to arrive and frankly bore no resemblance to the advert at all. I complained and eventually they went from 10% to 30% refund. I demand full repayment but they will only offer that if I ship it back to China-which makes it uneconomic ! Told them I'll report their ads everywhere I see them and not holding out much chance of seeing my refund, frankly. They are a sham. Beware.

Thos is a scam site they take your money, dont confirm your order and then claim they cant find it and ask you continuallt to provide ypur wmail address. This is a foreign scam site taking payment in Holland. Reported to the major credir card providers.

Ordered what appeared to be a quality outdoor hooded jacket. Looked great in the photo. What i received was cheap and nasty looking. Asked to return it but was only offered a 10% off if i kept it!? Took ages to arrive from China i assume...forgot to review them first. Hopefully you havnt

I placed an order on the 10th November, after emailing back and forth it's finally arrived today.
The quality is utter garbage ( only fit to use as a duster) .
Sizing is way off - I ordered a man's top £30 size L - doesn't even fit my wife who's a size 12
WISH I'D HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST AS IT SEEMS UNLIKELY THAT I'LL BE REFUNDED.

If I could score 0 I would. Product took almost 3 weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived it looks nothing like the pictures. I emailed the company the same day I received the product to request a refund, so well within the 14 days gov.uk states I am entitled to a refund, and so far they have offered exchange, then they offered 10% refund, now 20%. This company is a scam, avoid

Selling cheap shoddy products at expensive rates.

AVOID!! I contacted them about an item I received just over a week ago because it came faulty. They replied to my emails once and then ignored them. I won’t be getting my money back.

Ordered a jacket based on the catalogue picture but what arrived was a hideously poor quality hoodie with different coloured zips and packaged into a tiny bag, hence when opened it was creased everywhere.
Contacted the company and was offered a 10% refund and told I could keep the item.
Beware this company is poor.

This company claims to be UK based but delivery is taking forever. The link that they supply to track your order drops all kinds of cookies on your device, which gives your details to other "companies". I have emailed them but got no reply

I'm going to contact my credit card company to see if they can get my money back

This company is a complete rip-off. I ordered a jacked which turned out to be cheap printed fabric and nothing like that advertised.

I want to reiterate how awful this company are. Asking for things to be returned internationally when they were despatched from Cannock UK. Offering first 20% discount then 30% discount but as the items didn't fit its ridiculous. I have been emailing back and forward with them for over two weeks with no result. I have reported them to Trading Standards.

The order eventually arrived. The product is terrible. Not branded at all.

I contacted twice to arrange a return.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DREADFUL CHINESE COMPANY. They are total scammers. I bought a “jumper” which did not fit nor look like the advertised product. I requested a refund and they insist on only offering me 25% of the value. Stating it would cost £40+ to post back to China !! Looked postage up could get for £12 - REAL CON MERCHANTS DO NOT TOUCH

Ordered 2 items having viewed their online website. Looked super, seemed to be UK based, advertised on Facebook. Using SHOP for payment. Package came from China! Both items too big, wrong colour on one and poorly made. Have been trying to return but no response. This is Chinese selling at its very worst.
