They are Chinese and rip of customers with bad imitation clothes that don't correspond to the description or size. Avoid and report to trading standards if you see them operating anywhere

This is a rip off company. It's also known as Vaalido.com. Awful quality and virtually non existent customer services. I did send my goods back to China as they refused to supply a UK address. They misrepresent themselves and are not in the UK but China. AVoid like the plague!

To be honest 1 star is too much! This company claim they offer 100% refunds on unwanted goods but I have been refused a refund for the rubbish quality jacket I ordered. Don’t buy anything from this rubbish company posing as a UK business with their posh name!

I bought men’s jacket which was not as described anyway wanted to return, they tried to give me a discount but i decided to return even if it cost me £15 through Evri back to china. Sent back just before Xmas and it’s took till now 20/3 for refund. Evri not easy to get hold of but eventually confirmed item delivered 10/3. In meantime I paid through pay pal so put in a claim through them and they have refunded my money. They will now get money from them.

Totally appaling. Liars. Products complete rubbish.

Robdogs. The 5-star reviews on here are clearly bogus. This is a company to avoid. They provided an address for returns, at the fifth time of asking, which was probably bogus too. I have written to Visa requesting they help retrieve my refund and to the Chinese Embassy to see if I could shame them into complying. I don't hold out much hope.

To start with the is not a British company but a scam Chinese company.

In Nov 24 I ordered a structured zip up jacket. What I received was something that resembled a 1970 shell suit top. It was all scrunched up and very poorly packaged

I contacted the company to request a refund they offered me a 10% discount or I could return it to China at my own expense. They wouldn't accept that it was 100% inferior to what I had ordered

I resolved the matter by requesting a Merchant Recharge from my bank.

DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY AS YOU WILL WASTING YOUR MONEY

Not sure I should trust this outfit. The web site suggests Excellent Trust Pilot Reviews when in fact TrustPilot reports "Breach of TrustPilot Guidelines", and while they suggest 1000+ Reviews on TrustPilot, TrsutPilot actually reports 96, and not too many of them are favourable.

I ordered from this store. They had put the wrong Post Code on the delivery. It went twice to the wrong address who refused it and back to the courier. The courier said I could not change the address and it had to be the supplier. 2 months later I still have not had the parcel or a refund and despite many emails to them all I get is they are looking into it. Last email was nearly 2 weeks ago and still no news. I would keep well away from this company they are a disgrace and basically have robbed me.

I would VERY STRONGLY recommend that you DO NOT do any business with them.
Quality of goods significantly lower than you might reasonably expect for the price. They are cheap garments worth about 1/4 of what this company charges in their 'sale'. Cheap materials and shoddy workmanship. More like what you could buy very cheaply on a dodgy market stall.
Goods were not as described on Cambridge Couture website.
Company policy appears to be to try and bully customers into not getting a refund they are entitled to. This is done by telling you that it is their company policy to NOT give refunds.
Part of this bullying is to insist that faulty goods are returned to China at customer's expense. This appears to be designed to put people off due to the expense. They repeatedly mention how expensive returning the faulty goods will be.

The return address is used by a number of equally suspect companies.

I have very serious concerns about the validity of any positive reviews that have been left for this company.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I placed my first order, but wow—Cambridge Couture blew me away. The quality of the fabric, the fit, and the overall look are just stunning. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I wish I had checked their reviews first and then I would have saved myself £35. I was drawn in by an advert on Instagram. I did exercise some caution by checking the company website and it appeared they were UK based. However when I eventually received shipping information and it took more than 2 weeks to get here it became very clear that it was being sent from China. The ‘jumper’ is of very poor quality, made from a polyester material and oversized. Had I seen it on a market stall for £5 I would have walked past it. Like other reviewers have reported when you complain they fob you off with a discount off a future purchase but why on earth would anybody want to buy from them again. Postage costs to return are going to be around £15 with no guarantee of getting your money back so rather than add another £15 I will cut my losses at £35. If my review stops just one person from buying then that will be the one positive from my bad experience.

Awful quality items. After I requested a refund they offered me £3.50 back instead of the £35. I kindly asked for a full refund and returns details and was ignored.
