I brought 2 jumper, the description was a knitted sweater it’s not knitted it’s a badly made polyester jumper the other item was supposed to be same size but it’s 6” wider how can that be the same size. Returns say it’s easier just email us, no it’s not I’ve gone back and forth with 12 emails and they wouldn’t refund you they give you 15% or 30% of next purchase I won’t buy anything of them again, awful clothing.

I ordered three items, and every single one was a disaster. One jumper, labeled as size S, is so oversized it reaches my knees! On top of that, they claimed they couldn’t deliver one item because they “couldn’t find the address,” yet somehow managed to deliver the other two items without issue. And I still do not have the third one and no info about it saying be patient. Absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from here—even if it were free!

I ordered three items. Two arrived each sent separately. The third one didn't arrive. They were nothing like the lovely photos on the website very thin and of poor quality material. They were made in China. They were too small despite supposedly being size 3XL as I wanted them loose fitting. I couldn't get a return address to send them back so will raise a case with my credit card provider.

Fraudulent, take your money, never deliver and refuse to refund. Don't go there.

Ordered one hoody and one jumper . The hoody is ok although not worth the £40 which was supposedly half price !!
Worth half of that again . The jumper was thin like polyester and the sizing was so small , not as picture, expecting nice woollike jumper . Was 3XL so hoping will for my daughter if it will go over her head and she is a 12/14 size . Very disappointed , should have read the reviews !! No base in ik comes from China took nearly two weeks to arrive .

I’ve ordered several times now from Cambridge Couture, and every time I’m satisfied. The products are of great quality, and the customer service is outstanding. This store never disappoints!

Product was to small. Keep it with our compliments they said. Replace or exchange with a small admin fee.
But I've been told I have to have the same product same size???
So I would have TWO hoodies that are to small. The same product can also be purchased much cheaper the quality is poor a cheap product with a sticky transfer. So disappointed the write a great advert just don't try and send things back or change for a bigger size.

What a load of Chinese crap. Everything is a sham. Photos and quality are lie.

Photos very misleading. Products poor quality. They claim to be a British company with a shop. They show a picture of the shop on there Web page which looks very upmarket but I can not find an address for this shop or any evidence that it exists. The products are shipped from China. Cheap and nasty. I spent over £30 on a jumper that I wouldn't pay a fiver for in this country.

Don't buy from this company order didn't arrive and they won't refund me my money as they said not their fault
I have proved the item did not arrive from emails from parcel company customer service is terrible.
DONT BUY CUSTOMER SERVICES JUST SEND SAME EMAIL TIME AFTER TIME.

Shoddy workmanship. A real scam! Buyer beware!! Not genuine photos of actual products. Designer images; knockoff products! Very disappointed. A major hassle trying to chase a refund!

This company hides the fact that they are a Chinese company sending goods from China. I ordered a Christmas jumper on 10th December expecting it to arrive in a few days as it was supposedly a UK company. Arrived after Christmas. You can return it but are expected to pay the postage.

Quality was poor for the money.

AVOID - As others have said, this is a company that is NOT based in UK as advertised. I tried to cancel my order within minutes of placing and they refused, stating that it affected their ' great customer ' service. All references to being a UK supplier are false. When the item arrived from China, it is exactly as you would expect. Poor quality, poor sizing, genuine rubbish. Tried to issue claim through Paypal which was refused as ' the item is not discernibly different from the advert !'. Maybe so, but the fact that they falsely claim to be a UK supplier, with UK customer service is wrong. DO NOT be a fool like me...AVOID!

Expensive trash, impossible to return. Certainly not wool blend as advertised. Wrong size sent and very small. No care label. Misleading advertising, not a UK company. Avoid at all cost.

Been trying to return an item. Sent email as requested and no reply. Arrived too late for purpose, way after the given date. Product looked like it was from Temu but 10 times the price. Not impressed

Terribly badly made product, arms were 6 inches too short. Cheap material, pattern was printed on and blurry.
Tried to return and the cost is more than the product. No refunds. AVOID THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM

Item cheap and nasty, nothing like the pictures. What’s worse is false advertising on their website showing great trust pilot reviews!
They advertise UK company with easy returns and it’s all false trading. Do not use or waste your money.

Ordered from FB (which was probably a mistake), but the company is called Cambridge Couture and they have pictures of a UK shop. When the product eventually arrived, it was very poor quality and nothing like the picture. Having written to complain and ask for a refund, (easy returns policy is highlighted in their website), I was told that shipping costs were my responsibility and it would need to be sent to Hong Kong! The price to ship is close to actual product price. The name and website of this company is extremely misleading and in fact they seem to ship very poor quality products direct to customer from Asia. I was offered a 30% voucher off of my next purchase as compensation (in order to avoid the shipping fees), but there is no way I would buy from these again. My advice is to avoid.

Essentially you are buying Temu quality at high street prices from a company that sources everything from the far East
Takes ages to arrive, cusy service useless, quality not good.
I would have sent back for a refund but having read other reviews I realised that this wasn't really an option
