Most of the time, it’s quite easy to find and book something I want. With the extra information provided for the properties, deciding is simple.

We were able to book our hotel when we wanted and choose the price range we preferred.

After a 10hour drive in the rain, the hot tub was most enjoyable. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean.
Great location, nice to have the restaurant and bar inside the building.

Hotel was dirty, hotel staff were extremely rude and obviously racist. Bed bugs in multiple rooms. Ended up changing hotels in middle of night due to trying 3 different rooms all infested with bedbugs and really dirty bedding. Also shower only had cold water, and stayed with family of 4 and hotel wouldn’t give us more then 2 towels , they said there washers were broken! Worst experience at a hotel in my life. And hotel wouldn’t give refund told us white people are to picky go stay somewhere else.

This app makes it easy to find the best, most suitable accommodations when planning a trip. We used it before and during our vacation and were happy with the selections. It’s a quick way to see all of the options and secure a booking. I feel like there’s an extra layer of security using this app.

I have used hotels.com for many years and love it.

Room was clean bedding as well.
We had arrived early but were let in because the room was ready

All is Excellent & Expected. Nothing really to add on.

I made the mistake of booking a three night stay without signing in and immediately (within the hour) contacted support to try and connect my booking with my account so I could receive my reward points. They refused

Had to cancel my reservation. Was not given a refund. If I had booked directly with the hotel I could have cancelled at any time. Fortunately I did take the cancellation insurance, however it was through a third party who make you jump through all kinds of hoops and justifications with documentation as to why I cancelled the booking. This process alone took hours of my time to complete (which I assume is the entire point), exceeding the value of the reservation itself. I will not be using Hotels.com again.
