Lots of choices and prices
I really like the price comparisons and the free night every 10 stays. I also like the change of the free night to a credit cash so you can use it for more than one night if the hotel is cheaper. I use the Hotels.ca app for all my holidays.

Overall the session went well
Overall the session went well, however, I am not pleased with the no cancellation/no refund policy, especially since the reservation was more than a month in advance - situations can change a lot in 30+ days. Rest assured that I will not be using this service again.

I have been booking hotel rooms with Hotels.com for over 10 years and I fibd the process clear and easy.
Also, I like the Rewards program, as I get some free nights on my holiday bookings.

Hotel a great location, only 1 negative
The booking was easy. The Check-In was super easy.
Breakfast & Lunch buffet is available at a very affordable cost if one didn't include it during the reservation. Orderable at check-in, or afterwards.
As for the location of the Tallinn Express Hotel, it is a few hundred metres from the Ferry Docks, and the same to the Old Town entrance. All walkable!
The 1 negative was the poor internet connection, about 1-2 bars of a 5.
My companion was constantly being disconnected, but I wasn't. Probably a device issue, but possible due to the location of our room within the Hotel. We were on the 4th floor and at the far end of the building. I previously had a booking there, but on the 2nd floor and close to the main area, and the connection was 100% 5/5.

Expedia and Hotels.com Always Reliable
Booking on Expedia and Hotels.com has always been 100% reliable. Never had a problem with the booking go missing, the price wrong, or any other problems.
Pretty much never book with any other sites such as Agoda, Trivago, etc. May save a bit of money, but not worth the risk.

Mercure Warszawa Centrum
An excellent journey. My stay was my second with Mercure Warszawa Centrum. First time was in 2024. Excellent service, always polite, helpful, professional. Food was always relianle, first-rate, delicious. A quiet location considering the hotel's location in downtown Warsaw. This review goes out with top recommendations!

I was able to change hotels as my…
I was able to change hotels as my itinerary had changed with one exception and that was Comfort Inn.
It was my first and last time I will ever book with that hotel chain.
I was warned by Hotels . Com so it's my fault not theirs.
