Easy to find and book hotels where I required

very bad experience but the motel was fine

The entire process of using the website was very easy and streamlined. I booked a room for one night on my way to Cleveland. It was everything I needed and more, great price, accurate photos of the room so I got what I was expecting. Overall, very pleased with my first time using the service

I booked online through Hotels.com.

I arrived and checked in no problem put our things inside and hung out. When it was time for bed we pulled back the covers and noticed the bed was dirty and the bedding was not changed with hair and crumbs in the bed. (The rest of the room was kind of dirty with dust, dirt, crumbs, and had toothpaste stains on the bathroom mirror, it was 11 pm so I could look past that.

Went to the desk they offered me a new room for the same price it was a down grade but again so late i was exhausted after being on the road from 7 am.

Check the bed in the new room same issue. I went back down and and just asked for my money back i fought them for an hour until they finally gave me my money back, now at 12 am you cant find a new place to stay had to sleep in the truck where the seats cant lean back. Worst experience ive ever had i would definitely look elsewhere. I saw the sandman had similar prices.

They dont care to clean and they really dont like refunding people. They were trying to get me to leave saying they have no authorization to refund me even though i paid them directly with their debit machine.

RUN ELSEWHERE TO SAVE YOU THE HEADACHE

The hotel charged us a higher rate than on our hotels reservation.

Easy to navigate website. Helps you to find the best deal. Easy to tailor the search to include dates, number of guests, pets if any and any amenities you are looking for.

All the key information is provided, can search by preferences and location. Very simple and clear process.

Easy to use the only problem is that the app doesn’t allow me to see the whole ad for the hotel. The price is cut off in the pic

Sometimes when I make a reservation it will automatically be deducted from my credit card.
Other times I just give my credit card info and then I pay at the hotel when I check in.
This is how I would like it to work.
Why does the amount get deducted from my credit card right away??

When I booked , I had decided not to guarantee my hotel night , but I noticed the small box saying for 5.99 I would receive insurance on my booking , but when I clicked on it to accept it automatically added an additional 17 dollars to the 5.99 and I could not change it, it was very misleading and because of it , I will never book again with you .

Booked a hotel room in Ottawa with hotels.com …stated the price was $190 including fees and taxes . Went to check out at the hotel and the charges were from expedia and every night they charged me differently upwards of $150 more than I was quoted a night !!!!!

No refund for emergency family and had to cancel. Not happy 😒

It is easy to use the app! It has great connections to hotels and a variety of rates for any stay!

The perks and members' discounts can bring the cost down, even competing with the low rates advertised on other sites. Hotels.com also offers a free night stay with cumulative stays as well

Easy booking, price is reasonable but sometimes cannot find hotel we wanted in some cities but other site can find what I wanted.

Staff was very cooperative and let us Early check in. ...
