Incorrect booking descriptions
The booking descriptions stated "book now and pay later", but when I booked my trip, the total amount was charged to my credit card. The information was incorrect!

We arrived in the early afternoon and…very kind staff
We arrived in the early afternoon and attempted to check in, but unfortunately our suite was not ready. Around 3:00 p.m., we were given our room; however, when we checked it, I was not satisfied as the room had not been properly serviced.
I spoke with Heather at the front desk, and she immediately addressed the issue. She kindly upgraded us to a diffrent suit and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our vacation.
Thank you, Heather, for your excellent customer service and professionalism. You truly made our stay much more enjoyable. We hope to see you again on our next visit!

The app works very well
The app works very well. Easy , convenient, fast.
It is difficult however to talk to someone if you have an issue. When you do find a person to speak with, they’ve always been very polite, courteous and helpful.

Surprised
The hotel wasn’t the Ritz, some mild on the bathroom tiles, but the bed was clean and comfortable…the breakfast was included and very good. Staff was very friendly
