I loaded £60 onto the card

I loaded £60 onto the card, activated it and it did not work. It took me 2-weeks to get my money back With no guidance on what went wrong ? I won’t be using it again,

Looking at the account we can see that the card was declined - once for trying to use it in a non partnered store and once for trying to buy goods that do not adhere to the Ts & Cs of the card. We do understand how inconvenient that can be.

We can now see a top up reversal has taken place and the funds returned.

the card is incontinent to use i…

the card is incontinent to use i expected this to be a card that you would scan before checking out rather that using it like a debit card. try to transfer money before paying is annoying especially when paying for something in a shop without signal then i lose out on the benefits of the card

It's OK

It's OK, I do not use card so regularly and it's a bit of a faf to access the app for me.
Pin did not remain how It was when I got a new card - it does for my bank card.

Terrible experience… that card easy…

Terrible experience… that card easy accept your money but if you want to collect it back- have no idea how?! Several times it was impossible to pay in some shops- even I paid there before with same card.. sometimes I paid but from 2-3 time.. Imagine- stayed in a queue- people waited- I I cant make a payment.. cash back- not happening on spot.. they still pending!! Have no penny from that.. strongly do not recommend it for everyone.. find something else.

Regarding the cash back, once you have performed a transaction, we will automatically calculate the cashback you have earned. This will be in a pending status for 30 days, after which it will transition to paid and we will add it to your Vault balance. From there, you decide when and how much you spend by moving it to your card balance. You can see the status of the cashback for each transaction within your Summary view, with detailed information displayed in the expanded summary.

The app is awful

The app is awful. It keeps throwing me out even though I’ve updated the app version. I asked for a partner card, weeks ago and it’s not been posted to our address. Many people at work have advised me to not get the card, due to its many issues.

bad website, card didn't arrive

registering kept crashing. couldn't access the website landing page without getting 500 error, they didn't send me a card, had to raise a customer services ticket to be send a card.

rip off....

I don't use the card enough, because it doesn't give the variety of stores that is on other similar platforms (ie Donut) so I tried to close my account, but this going to cost £12 I quote "Please note that if you want to cancel and redeem your available balance, there is a £12.00 fee that will be applied, broken down by a £2.00 account cancellation fee and a £10.00 redemption fee, and this would be deducted from your available balance."

We do clearly include all charges in the terms and conditions you signed up for when registering for the card. The charges are clearly defined in section 16 of the Terms and Conditions under Fees and Charges, where a table of fees is displayed, which you would have read when signing up and confirming acceptance by registering.

The card is designed to be used regularly and allows you to move the cashback earned from purchases to the balance of your card. This allows our customers to earn cashback for purchases they make, which can be used on future purchases and that is why we believe customers will stick with us.

It's not bad, but...

It's handy, except a few things:
- add support to Google wallet - so I don't have to carry it everywhere, just like I don't have to carry most other cards
- Tesco? If a shop is not on the discount list, why is the card declined, instead of simply running the transaction without the cashback?
- Why does the app always start by warning me about having to download the latest version. I already have the latest version. Do I need to check it every time? Or maybe can the app check it for me? Just like all other apps do. I am on an Android phone, Google Pixel 9 Pro, 11 months old with all systems fully updated always, no exception.

First time I used in two different shops Farmfoods and Asda. Card shows 4% base reward for Farmfoods and 3% for Asda when shopping in stores. But at the summary after purchase it shows 0% rate, cashback status paid 0, earnings 0. So I guess no more rewards from these shops and I guess from others as well. At first it showed pending, but now cashback status paid, but unfortunately it is 0 pounds.....

Set up was a faff

Set up was a faff. I stopped partway through because I didn’t have the requested information to hand. However my card was still sent out so clearly the information was not actually required. Because I had only been partway through I hadn’t checked my inputs and my name was mistyped. I now have a card I can’t use. Not sure exactly when so have said 15/10 which will be close enough.

So key items would love to see improved…

So key items would love to see improved - this never works for shops in Airports / train stations. M&S, Nero etc. the amount of time i have to change cards. This is my primary use . Can we go digitial - my average purchase is my lunch so Digi Card would be so much better .

Great idea - unreliable

Great idea, but does not work consistently, so you have to have money to pay for things on both your byond and another card for when the byond doesn't work (been declined when there is confirmed balance on card in Sainsbury's, Asda and VUE in the last month).
