Very impressed with customer service at BYLT. Krystel did a fantastic job helping me resolve an issue with a couple of products I purchased. Great company.

Customer service was great after I had an order issue - quickly replied with a solution to fix the issue and I was able to place the order on the products I wanted

I had placed an order, and it was going to ship to the wrong address. i reached out and had the address corrected withing minutes. The promptness was awesome!

I recently had an order that was lost by the carrier, where BYLT was not at fault. I threw a hail mary at customer service, and my support person Edson sent a replacement at no charge. I hadn’t expected such excellent service, and it has made me a BYLT believer!

I contacted my local store due to a shipping snafu on an online order. The store manager happened to answer the phone and proactively took care of contacting Customer Service and ensure that my issue was taken care. Very impressed! Will be a long-time customer.

This company came through and did exactly what they said they would do. They made a mistake in sending me a refunded instead of an exchange, but they honor a discount for me and they gave me great customer service. I will happily buy more things from them.

I have begun buying BYLT clothes, as I like the fit, comfort and style. I had a problem with the delivery of an order, so reached out for help. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was very happy with how I was treated as a customer.

I am writing this review because I have been unable to get any response from BYLT Basics regarding my order/delivery since it never arrived.

I have reached out to their customer service team via email five separate times over the last 10 days, and I have yet to receive any real help or resolution to my issue. I’ve talked with their AI bot more and the workflow is not intuitive to escalate issues quickly for an actual person.

I’ve been a customer of the brand before but not after the lack of communication I’ve been experiencing, it is incredibly frustrating. I’ve followed all the steps to seek help, but at this point, it feels like my inquiries are being ignored or diverted. I hope this public feedback will finally prompt a representative to actually address my situation but to everyone else, proceed with caution.
