Great product not great return process
I purchased a shirt from this company when arrived they were well-made and had great material and as excited except I ordered a 3X when I should've ordered 2X so that's when my ordeal started at first it was simple. I told him I wanted to exchange they sent me a label like sent to the label. I went to the post office and sent it off unfortunately, at that point communication got a bit SQ. I reached out to find out what the status of the exchange was this was on the fourth day of you receiving an email from that that said had received my exchange or review by return at first he told me they couldn't find record of it then they said it's up to 14 days which I questioned because the email I received said exchanges are process two or three days. They went on explain to me in detail why they need longer time they have to inspect the product Maker it was OK and I understand and I spoke to a nice young lady named Amber but I explained that managing client expectations is very important so for quality of product is definitely five stars quality of the communication I had with Amber +5 stars. The quality of the actual exchange process is a three star and that's why I gave it a four star in total.
Their return process is ridiculous
Their return process is ridiculous! They do not make a clear distinction as to what options allow you to return or exchange an item. The only option they have says “return/exchange”. I have been trying to return a jacket I didn’t like for that last month and instead of refunding my money, they send me a new one. I have reached out to them on several occasions, and have had no help or response for that matter.

Moe was very communicative once my message regarding my exchange was reviewed. I only wish BYLT was able to fully reconcile my exchange with the like-item instead of issuing a refund. I now have to wait until the item is available again - and a similar sale on that item is available.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST
This company has zero customer support or help. I mean ZERO. I placed an order of over $300 and the package was never delivered. I couldn't get any response via chat or emails and never saw my order or a refund. Save yourself the headache and shop anywhere else.

I reached out to BYLT after my gifted joggers started ripping at the seams near the zipper pocket after just a handful of wears. Krystel on the customer experience team was incredibly helpful, tracked down my order even though it was a gift, and quickly resolved the issue for me. Really appreciated the fast and friendly service. Long-time BYLT customer and this experience kept me one!

I received a gift card for christmas, and the link did not work. When emailing customer support BYLT team, they were very responsive and quick to resolve the problem in less than 1 day. I appreciated the quickness that everyone there showed to resolve the situation. I'm a big fan of their products and a bigger fan of their customer service. Thank you!

Low quality products and a company that doesn't stand behind them.
I have purchased several garments from Bylt over the last few years believing I was purchasing a quality product. I was wrong! They products have started to fall apart. Specifically my pants have issues with the zippers and I have not had them a year and a half.
I contacted customer service and they emailed back saying "Our policy allows for replacements within a six-month warranty period to ensure we maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service. Unfortunately, your order falls outside of this period."
A quality product does not have a warranty period of just six months. That is a company that knows their product is going to fail or fall short of quality.
I am extremely disappointed and will no longer be purchasing any Bylt Basics products.

I am typically skeptical of heavily marketed online apparel, but BYLT genuinely delivers. The purchasing process was efficient and straightforward. More importantly, the clothing construction is premium, the materials offer a tailored fit that retains its structure rather than degrading after a few washes. It effectively bridges the gap between professional and everyday wear.
