The customer service at BYLT is on point. The return/exchange process is pretty seamless (especially with Happy Returns). My only comment (which is not about service) is regarding consistency in sizing; for example, I have pants that are 30", 31", and 32" waists depending on the style. So, consistency in sizing could be improved; the product material and craftsmanship are excellent.
BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT REQUEST TO EXCHANGE PRODUCTS
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Be very careful about what you order if you choose to shop with BYLT Basics. I ordered 3 shirts and 3 shorts. Delivery was quick (one week). However, the clothes did not fit so I mailed the stuff back and requested an exchange for size. Easy right!? BYLT will tell you that it can take 14-30 days to process an exchange. I received a confirmation email from BYLT 5 weeks ago telling me that they have received my returned items, yet they have not contacted me since nor mailed me the items I requested to exchange! 5+ weeks of no communication and no clothes. They are stealing my money!! Buyer beware!! DO NOT REQUEST AN EXCHANGE FROM THIS COMPANY. You are better off returning items, requesting a refund and reordering new items. Absolutely horrifying customer service and logistics!

Company replaced with same pant. After inquiring was in formed that you cannot exchange …you must return and order a new pair. What?? LOL I am in the middle of this process at this time. Company service has been BEYOND EXCELLENT!! Hope this story has a Happy ending…

I had a problem with sizes; the XL was too small, the 2XL was too big and without hesitation BYLT customer service made it right by letting me return the item, even though it was exchange only.
I find this company to be up front and very honest,not to mention, my husband loves the pants and shirts. Wish they made petite sizes for women; I would buy a lot!

Used to really like the fit and quality of the everyday pant 2.0 but recently that has changed. The exact same size I’ve always gotten 30 30 can vary in length by as much as 2 inches and the overall fit is very inconsistent.

I wanted to exchange a pair of pants for another size. I couldn’t figure out how to begin the exchange process, and I realized that I was outside the 30 day window from when I purchased them. I assumed I had 30 days from when they were delivered to make an exchange. I had a quick text conversation with Rachelle who facilitated the exchange with ease. All I had to do was drop the pants off in the original packaging to staples and the exchange is on it’s way.
