I am a long time customer who wore BYLT exclusively for years to work and casual. I experienced multiple quality issues and expected customer service would recognize my brand loyalty and back their product, but I was wrong! Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After you play the game with their AI customer support system, they do nothing to help you. I had 3 pairs of pants fail due to a zipper malfunction, and one of their golf shirts completely fall apart after only a couple of uses. I understand this stuff happens in manufacturing, but at least back your product and take care of your loyal customers. I am known for wearing BYLT every day and have had many co workers and friends start wearing all BYLT from my recommendation, but that won’t happen anymore. I will never support this brand again after the experience with their customer service!

Great product, I have now purchased a number of items from them. I did have an issue with one order where it never made it to usps for final delivery and customer service sent a replacement order to me without issue. They were responsive and helpful. Will be using them again for sure.

I took a little to give them a try, but I have found my new favorite. From the fitted tshirts, to the summer button downs and even the polos (regular and zipper), I can’t help but feel like the quality is really good. Thicker material feel but really feel good on. I have order more than I care to admit. If you are on the fence, give them a try. I think you will like it. One the only time I had an issue with an order, they quickly worked to resolve.

I have always enjoyed the fit/quality of the product and the customer service has always been top notch. Anything from short sleeve t shirt to a hoodie always comes with quality. Would recommend for anyone.

Ordered some pants with plenty of time for Father’s Day. It said it would be 4 to 5 days delivery. Instead, it did not arrive on June 18 four days before Father’s Day. As it is now the next day and there’s been no communication from the company even though I’ve emailed and tried to chat with the company. Good luck with your delivery! I would look elsewhere. The pants are expensive and definitely not worth it.

The clothing line is Great! I’ve enjoyed the quality and quick deliveries. I was so impressed with the quality, I even offered to spread the word amongst my friend's. I was told in a round about way that the 60’s age group is not a demographic that they were interested in.

Not only does BYLT make some of the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing clothing I've seen, but the service is fantastic. They make it easy on chat and email if you don't have time for a call.

I’m truly blown away by the people saying horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to find the perfect fit with this company and it’s extremely difficult because some of their shirts I wear a medium and other shirts other styles I wear a large and there’s so many different styles to choose from that it’s super confusing and the fit guide doesn’t help, but as far as customer service, it has been above and beyond. Incredibly easy to exchange and trust me, I have made several exchanges. The only reason I keep coming back to this company and buying more clothes over the last two months is strictly because of their exchange and return policy and incredible customer service that they’ve given me. I can easily go to any other company to fill my closet after losing 32 pounds but BYLT is my new favorite.

I have been trying to exchange 2 items for weeks... I am just directed by AI to do the same thing over and over that does not work. It will not allow me to print a label, choose a different item, or do anything for that matter. I have emailed them, and they told me they've made it so I can exchange the item for something differnt, but nothing works. Despite many requests and attempts to speak to a live human being on the phone to resolve this, it does not seem possible. I love the product, but I am beyond frustrated at this point. After stringing me along, I've now approached the 30 day return window... and they say they may not accept they items despite all the correspondence prior to the deadline. I do not like to write bad reviews, but I am now irate... hopefully they will see this and contact me to rectify the issue.
