I received an apologetic reply to my query regarding the accessories l was due to receive for my electric tricycle. Very optimistic l edited my negative review and wrote a positive one though l was cautious having not as yet received the parts. Nothing happened so l wrote another email asking if they had been sent, this time on the 10th September. Still no answer. A further message was met with silence. I have a strange feeling that they really don’t care at all. I do not recommend this company and regret ordering from them because as well as this issue there was a defect in the kit. I wonder if they will answer this review??? It’s very frustrating. No European seller has ignored my reaching out!
