Paid for products back in May
Paid for products back in May. It’s now September and no sign. No communication, no contact, no product delivered, uncontactable. You might as well throw your money in the bin than buy from this company.

Unfortunately it is time for my review.
Having checked trustpilot and io.com for reviews before purchasing i was happy with the reviews as they were 99% positive.
I think that they were a good company who have got into difficulty and haven't handled it well - ignoring customers doesn't solve the problem and nor does taking more orders.
I made my order for just under £500 on 20th July. It said that orders are usually delivered in 3-5 working days but there is a delay due to COVID. I received another email on 27th July to tell me it had been dispatched. That was the last i heard from them. The company have changed their voicemail a few times to say they were pausing orders to get on top of things, but this has never stopped people being able to order on the website.
I am very upset about this whole experience as i saved for a long time to do this project and with £500 currently with a company who won't return it i cannot continue until i get it back. I have had to send the workman away and they still expect to be paid. If the company would just communicate they could have saved their reputation. Most people would have understood if they had external supplier issues but customers should have been given a choice of waiting or a refund.

Absolute disgrace of a company, items ordered 23rd August, should have been delivered Tuesday. have tried calling them and they do not answer the phone, tried emailing them and they aren't responding to them either.
Please do not waste your money on this company, you will not get the goods you order.
I have reported these to my bank and also reported them for Fraud.
Your banks should be able to pull your money back if you paid by visa, they will put a visa dispute through.

Placed the order early July expecting some delay due to Covid. However wasn't expecting to still be be waiting 8 weeks later.
Wouldn't be so bad if there was some information or updates. Yet several emails and phone calls remain unanswered. They should disconnect the on line messaging as no one ever responds. Cannot even get my money refunded.
Seems to me, having taken the money, they have zero interest in their customers.
Would suggest they are avoided, there are other alternatives available...just need my money back.

I paid £560 for plastic fascias in March, which never came. No answers to my emails, no one answers phone.
I left another review which prompted them to ask me to email, and theyd look into it,(purely for the review site, I expect). Since then several emails from me and no answer from them.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, placed order and given delivery date of the 29th July and nothing turned up, you can't get any response from them by any means, how some customer can give the 4 or 5 stars beat me! good luck to Trustpilot in passing this review on to them.

Congratulations building plastics online, without doubt the worst company i have ever dealt with. My order was placed on the 20/07/20 and i was told it would be delivered on the 28/07, no delivery so i gave them a call but no one ever answers the phone,i then sent several emails but still no reply, so two days later i finally manage to speak to someone and he tells me its been delivered to the wrong address and they were going to get the depot to collect it and deliver it to me on the 3rd or 4th of August so i take another 2 days off work but still no delivery, after coming home from work on the Wednesday the delivery is in my driveway but half of it is missing, more emails and phone calls but still no reply, shocking customer service how are these guys in business ?
Order May 22, 2020, not supplied & uncontactable
Placed an order on May 22, 2020. Expected a delay due to lock down but my order is still outstanding on August 10, 2020. I have tried numerous times to contact this company, by email, chat and by phone (now that the line is back). NO ONE RESPONDS. They have taken my money but not supplied the items, an update on when they might be delivered, or an actual customer service department that responds to customer queries. I would like my money back, but I can't get hold of anyone to ask for it!! I will be reporting to trading standards.

I placed an order with Building Plastics Online on the 17th May (order No 30333) & I am still waiting my delivery.
Like many other reviewers I have tried ringing, emailing & live chat many times, but have received no responses whatsoever.
Whilst I appreciate, COVID 19 will have undoubtedly caused issues for this business, waiting for a delivery for almost three months is totally unacceptable, as is no communication regarding my individual order.
I am requesting that my order is delivered to me within 7 days, or I expect a full immediate refund.
If no communication from BPO is received within this timescale, then I will seek a refund through my credit card company.

Ordered £1253 worth of soffit and fascias a month ago, had a delivery time, they didn’t show up, they won’t reply to emails or answer phone, what am I supposed to do now? Order more from somewhere else or wait until the delivery maybe turns up, paid by debit card so can’t claim it back

How is this company still trading.. ordered 4 weeks ago, I was immediately emailed a fictitious delivery date. No delivery on that day or ever!
Telephone calls are diverted to an automated service sent calls are no longer taken for emails later so no further forward.
I have contacted the bank to return my money.
Funny how no PayPal Payment has advertised.. !!

Still waiting for my order, three weeks so far , was promised a delivery date last week and got nothing . Emailed three times still waiting a response. I have contacted my credit card company and they say they can get my money back .

very disappointed with this company. I ordered some fascia,soffits and guttering for a job and they failed to deliver it. I could not get hold of them by phone, email or live chat on there website. I finally got an email response after sending a recorded letter demanding a full refund is due to me for failed delivery on time. the email asked if I still wanted the delivery 3 weeks late? I had already ordered more from a reliable company that was delivered when they said it would be, this had left me out of pocket. I sent one more email demanding a full refund and I finally got it after 3 weeks of trying, very bad way to run a business.
They don’t care about the customer
Iv used building plastics online couple times now mainly because they are the cheapest around however every time I have experienced the worst customer service ever. Orders been delivered with parts missing, then my last order which was placed and said a 5 day lead delivery time was exepected actually took them under a month. You won’t be able to get through to them via their contact number as they just don’t answer, but luckily I had direct number through to one of their managers who basically kept saying it’s coming tomorrow. These delays cost me hundreds and they didn’t even offer a discount (which when your spending thousands with them routinely you would expect to be a given) instead they offered full refund knowing I wouldn’t of been able accept because I wouldn’t be able to get a new delivery sooner.
Overall they are cheap but they are that bad Iv changed supplier and now use claddingwarehouse.com who are only slightly more the cost but they will go out of their way to deliver.
Iv you don’t mind waiting till when ever they feel like delivering your incorrect order then these are the guys other wise go els where.

Placed an order on 7th July and then didn't hear anything and feared the worse when I saw the reviews. Couldn't get a reply to emails. But then yesterday got an email confirming delivery. Received today 24th. All good. Perhaps not the best for communication but happy with order. Cheers.

Everything arrived today from my local Eurocell
Agreed they don't answer phones .but the phoneline does explain due to covid 19 they are focusing more attention to fulfilling your orders However everything arrived and seems to be fine
So can't really complain too much

Avoid this rouge trading company,i placed an order on the 29th june and still have not recieved it.after contacting the company numerous times i have had lie after lie and now nothing.i looked online at their reviews and now realise they are very dodgy.i will open a charge back to reclaim my money.AVOID

Placed an order 29 June 20. On 08 July I contacted them via their online form, asking for an update on the order. The response was TBC!! I have since contacted them asking for further updates only to be ignored. They are quick to take your money and that is it. Looking at other reviews there seems to be a pattern.
