Operating in Barnsley, South Yorkshire since 1992, and limited company formed in 2009 following the opening of our second branch in Castleford, West Yorkshire. We have a wealth of knowledge amongst our staff between our branches who thrive off helping our customers and providing the correct materials for their jobs. Here at Building Plastics Direct we pride ourselves on stocking great quality products at affordable prices, we are proud of the products that we stock in which if we weren’t willing to install the product on our own homes then we simply wouldn’t stock it. In fact quite a lot of our products are installed on our homes from Cast Iron Effect guttering to EPDM roofs, from 110mm underground drainage to our Fascia & Soffit range. Most of which our staff have installed by themselves therefore giving them hands on knowledge of the products which they are able to pass onto our customers.

Quality for budget prices.
I ordered a manhole cover, Building Plastics Direct supplied a quality product at a price lower than ALL their competitors (even those selling cheap copies) even after paying for delivery.
My purchase arrived two days later, correctly protected.
I can't fault them, it's a pity I didn't need anything else from their range as their prices are fantastic.

Order Not Received - was it even dispatched?
I was notified that my order was accepted nearly 3 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I ahev paid for it
Your order ID is #1656.
In their reply below they say that it is because we are in Northern Ireland. BUT I 'phoned beforehand and confirmed with the sales team that they would deliver to Northern Ireland and that my order would NOT be affected by the Brexit debacle

the item was not in stock if I had not of phoned them i would still be waiting so i changed order to get it quick which should have arrived on Wednesday but courier finally delivered on Friday after the items sitting in the warehouse for 2 days not a happy customer

Excellent service
Excellent service. My fence panels arrived only 2 days after receiving invoice. Extremely well packed and all the packages came in the one delivery. No damaged items and just as I had hoped for. Many thanks.
