I paid tax and import duty on a Temu order. I sent the POP. They reject the bank POP. I reloaded the POP and sent emails with the confirmation. They review and rejected it again. Payment was done 18 days ago. The one review after the other by the finance department. I have had enough. Not a company that want to solve their own problem. Tracking number: BUFZA6051086415YQ

I paid my tax twice because the first payment showed it didnt go through and when I did another payment both went through now I dont get any response from these bloody people ..your system suck big time.. you are not just bad with customer service you are thieves now aswell!

My name is Pheza Khoza. I have been back and fourth with this company for my shein delivery. We amended delivery details 2 weeks ago but it keeps on giving failed delivery attempt. The call centre agents are totally useless.

I’m still waiting for my order 😟they wrote me an email stating I should tell my supplier that I refused the order because it was damaged and at that time I didn’t receive it what a pathetic company 🫡. I told them to deliver it even though it is damaged because whatever I ordered there cannot be damaged !!! Worse I spent 1-2k on those items. Supplier said those things are not refundable at this point I don’t know what to do Yho 😭

This has to go down as one of the worst online shopping experience, the audacity to deduct my money from my bank account and when I query about my parcel all you keep telling me is to check the mailbox or check with the neighbors meanwhile I know very well the parcel was never delivered from the first place coz I was at home the whole entire time on the day of the delivery, worst case scenario the company didn't even attempt to make contact prior to arrival nothing stipulates I had signed for the parcel but yet they insist the parcel was delivered on my doorstep. Funny thing is that there are more than 300 reviews on trustpilot, customers complaining about the bad service and "Shein" is still turning a blind eye on those reviews. you might deliver 10 out of 50 orders so what must happen to the other 40 remaining customers they must keep whining about the bad service in return their are not getting reimbursed?? Shein is also a scam I'm never ever buying from them what a joke!!!

**Parcel was allocated with the incorrect delivery address between Buffalo and Temu.
**The parcel was dispatched to NELSPRUIT despite numerous emails clearly requesting changing the delivery address while the package was still at Jhb-DC.
**After several very frustrating calls-- the operators have clearly never been trained in customer service!!!-- SIMONE finally managed to confirm the correct delivery address and assured me the parcel would be re-routed by 09.05.2024.
**On 10.05.2024 the delivery driver called me to confirm-- the parcel has AGAIN been dispatched to NELSPRUIT and not returned to Jhb!
**Buffalo is going to cost online, international retailers a LOT of business-- 'coz I'm voting with my money and taking mine somewhere else.

I ordered 1st of May and I got my orders yesterday on the 10th of may , I was having a horrible day but when I got a call from that guy brighten my day ❤️☺️ continue with wonderful service buffalo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On the 8th at 12:16 I missed 2 calls from one of your drivers. He only called twice within a minute as I was at work I couldn't answer however an hour later I called the number back and he said he was by my place, I told him that My helper is there he can take the parcel home and he said he left which is kind of understandable. I then sent and email to offices to provide your offices with my helpers contact details and alterative number but no response. I then called your offices and spoke to one of your customer agents to check if I can leave my helpers number for delivery I was told your system does not do that. I then ask if I can collect the parcel in person directly from your warehouse and was told is not possible. wow your service is veeeeeery bad can everything is impossible with your offices?????

what makes me angry is the fact that i never received any email or sms stating that I should expect an a delivery or that my delivery is on the way. for two days I have been expecting my delivery since it was returned but no call to reschedule nothing!

PLEASE FIX YOUR SYTEM AS IT'S NOT USER FRIENDLY!!!!

I have been waiting for my package for a week yet it's in my location. Just it's stuck on rescheduled for delivery yet I was not contacted. 😡😡😡

I wish I could give a negative rating! Absolutely no customer service. Package landed, VAT and duties paid and then nothing. No responses to whatsapp messages or emails.

The packages don't get delivered under ridiculous excuses. The drivers also lie that the phone call has not been answered when no calls had been made (it's easy to prove). There is no place on their website for official complaints or inquiries. Who runs this company? Why don't they take responsibility? I'm not going to buy from Temu again.

Worst company ever. Waiting 21 days for my package. They just say wait 3-5 days. Like really 3-5 days isnt 21 days. They can just close their doors at once. They are useless

I’ve been waiting for my order from Shein since last week, this buffalo rubbish people keep saying my delivery failed due to an incorrect address 😡😡😡how?!! Because I placed another order the same day with shein and iMile delivered it without any problems. I want my clothes. This is ridiculous!!!

My second delivery at the same address, one received on the 22/04/2024,next delivery loaded into vehicle out for delivery, and I get an sms yesterday they returning due to incomplete address, must pay postoffice R10 to verify address..RIDICULOUS,,HOW DID THEY FIND THE SAME ADDRESS 2 WEEKS AGO. What a terrible courier company. They not being honest about my order that it was delivered and they won't respond to emails I have sent regarding my order.

They dont even deserve the 1 star...
I paid my tax on 15th March and I am still receiving notifications that my tax is unpaid. I even sent through the proof. They don't reply to emails or watsapps..
There has not been any tracking updates on my parcel either.
