Total rubbish, smelly, fake from Temu, don't fall for it.🤮😡😡😡😡😡😡. The bag was shipped from China 🫤. I don't recommend it, horror

The bag was not as described.
I have sent two emails as company policy states if you are not happy with the product you can have a full refund.
I have not had a reply. Attempted to telephone them on their number 0742860092 this is a fake number.
I will be contacting trading standards to report this company

I waited 2 weeks for delivery. When this 'leather' bag arrived, it was so bad, it was made of some kind of synthetic product, certainly not leather. I immediately asked how to return it and requested a refund. I sent many emails to get a reply and when I eventually did get a reply, they asked a whole lot of questions, wanting photographs and videos! I asked how to return it and I wanted a refund. They eventually said they would refund it and so far I have waited 3 weeks for a refund. They took my money the day I ordered it but said it could take up to 15 working days to get a refund. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. As they are based in USA I will contact their equivalent of our trade and standards authority. I will be very surprised to get my £38 back,

It appears others have had bad experiences, mine is quite the opposite. Purchased a bag for my daughters birthday, I realised it may take some time to arrive due to the logistics. I was sent the tracking code and managed to track the entire journey till delivery. Quality bag, my daughter is very happy

Complete and utter rubbish. Took ages to arrive and it bears no resemblance to the product in the advertisement. I peeled off the Evri delivery label to find it came from China and was described as “imitation leather”, so they are complete con artists. Avoid at all costs.

The bag came today. I’ve got to say that I was really disappointed. It wasn’t worth the money I paid for it. It’s like a cheap plastic bag. I really would like to return it. It’s horrible. It’s like something I could’ve got at a market for a fiver absolutely rubbish

I recieved the "Leather Bag" I ordered however if it is real leather then I hate to see the animal the leather came off! It smells totally PVC stitching is cheap & tatty.I was really looking forward to receiving it so am very disappointed.Please don't patronise this company as definitely not what they say they are.

Do NOT use this company. I ordered a men’s leather bag and it never arrived. I kept sending emails and all I got back was delaying tactics.

Items are not quite as described on the website, so decided to return them.
Very disappointing customer service! I am trying to use my rights under the 14-day cooling off period as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Eventually this was acknowledged and I received an email saying my money would be refunded but no money has arrived, well after the expected time frame. Now my emails are no longer replied to! Shame on you fir this lack of service and breach of these Regulations.

Avoid this company at all costs. It's a scam. I'm trying to obtain a refund and I'm being put through ridiculous hoops to obtain it. I'm sure they're all having a good laugh at Kern Leather (their products are not leather by the way). I'm taking it up with Trading Standards but since this company is based in the US I don't hold out much hope. Another sucker.

Total fake. The bags are cheap stinking plastic. Is there any responsibility for cheating?

Im surprised with the other reviews on here. I've just received my order of a leather handbag. Im absolutely delighted with the leather and the quality. Looking forward to my next purchase.

Complete scam, product advertised as leather , but as soon as I opened the package I could smell the plastic. Really awful product, complete waste of time. Should have known , when things are too good to be true they’re generally not !!! How does Facebook let these people advertise on its platform . Shocking !!!

The product I received looked nothing like what was advertised. Scam artists, avoid.

Not recommended !! Describes item as “real leather” but misses out three words - should be “real cheap plastic imitation leather!
Similar to fake clothing websites which look professional quality but materials and quality nothing like advertised.
