This course is an excellent introduction into the world of styling. I am now on the verge of starting my own business. Karen gives very personalised advice as part of the feedback from the assignments. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wishing to pursue a path in styling particularly personal styling.

Useful and interesting assignments.
Interesting content and a lot of information to absorb. I found the course assignments really quite fun and creative so made the course all the more enjoyable.
Some of the assignments involve carrying out the processes of being a stylist which has given me a bit of a trial run and the confidence to go out and do it for real which is what you really want out of a course.
Course feedback was always really useful and felt as though the assessor had actually spent time reviewing my work which was nice.
If I could change anything I would prefer the key information such as skin tone/colour analysis to be in more of a table format or some kind of Venn diagram to make it easier to identify attributes.

Exceptional support throughout the…
Exceptional support throughout the course from my tutor when I needed to extend due to existing work pressures.
Course material was extensive which is useful to refer back to and step by step guidance on how to create each assignment. Having a few examples from previous students also helped a lot!
Whatever fashion avenue you decide, the course covers all aspects beautifully. It also provides helpful advice and tips to start your own business. Overall, a well thought out course and delighted to have the pleasure of working with experienced professionals. Thank you!

Fantastic course

I enjoyed the course overall however a…
I enjoyed the course overall however a lot of the course content/examples is outdated and very american - the modules could do with an update. But the course is informative and I do feel i have learnt lots. It is very much a get on with it course, not tutor contact except for feeback on assisngments or if you have a question.

If you're unsure... JUST DO IT!!
I had some health issues this year and it meant I had to work through the course very slowly over the space of the year and finished quite close to the deadline - after discussing with the college, they agreed to grant me an extra couple of weeks extension. This was great because I didn't have to rush at the expense of doing it to the best of my ability - I'm so grateful for this.
The content was also incredibly useful for anyone looking to go into styling, and the assignments was my favourite part because it meant you could get creative and gain confidence from the feedback. Even since doing the course, going shopping for myself is so quick and easy knowing all the tips & tricks! Thank you for everything guys :)

Becoming a personal stylist
The course was just the right amount of challenge to enable me to learn without it being too difficult or complicated. It was made fun throughout too. I also loved the fact that there were areas with no assignment. Giving us more time to just take the info in!

I enjoyed my training
I enjoyed my training. It made me to think and stretch my brain, it opened my eyes to so many things about fashion and I now realize that fashion need not be boring. I am not scared of trying new things especially with colours.

I really enjoyed this course
I really enjoyed this course. I started during lockdown. I was considering taking out a franchise with an established Image Consultancy and decided to do this course as a due diligence on my ability and learn more before committing a large fee and being restricted to a boundary. I am so please that I went down this road, I have enjoyed learning and the opportunity to explore this industry without the commitment. Friends ask my advice and I now feel as though I can back up my instincts with the tools and knowledge provided. I will now be considering over the next few months whether to take the leap!
