Great service, even in December. Boxers are great.

Check the size guide because it turns out I'd been wearing the wrong size for years!

We have bought a pair of mens PJ's which are lovely on the whole, for the money we would have expected pockets in the trousers and a spare button though, also have a mens dressing gown which is very cosy. The only thing we have been properly disappointed with is the mens trunks, the waist is huge, where the waistband joins at the back stretched really badly and really quickly and the colours have faded in a dreadful patchy way, particularly the orange ones.

I bought one of British Boxer's products in December, and in early February, after very light use, a button came off - so I contacted BB, and had no response, so I tried again, and had no reply.
The button should not have come off after several uses - and the non-existent customer support means that my next purchase will not be with BB, sadly...

I have had contact from BB offering to replace the item, which I am very impressed with, and have amended the rating accordingly - If the replacement lasts a reasonable time, I will uprate again!

A few weeks ago, I tried accessing the BB website, with a view to purchasing some items I may have been interested in.
I noticed that I could not see any images, so I tried a different browser, with the same effect.
This meant I had tried two of the top three browsers in use, and could not see any product photographs, even if I went to the item page, rather than a higher level.
I contacted BB, and was told no-one else had reported it.
I did reply, and from memory, had no response.
I have just reinstalled my OS, and thought I would try again, in case it was a quirk of the system, and got the same response, so it would not appear to be my system, but an issue with the website, that is preventing - and possibly deterring me from using BB.
As a result, my experience has changed again to negative.

Lovely dressing gown, just wish it was a bit warmer/heavier. Another review I’ve seen somewhere online said it was covered in loose threads. Mine was too but not to the detriment of the product - natural stuff often is and there were no pulls etc. in the fabric. Lovely long length and belt and pockets where they should be! Also the inside ties are in the same fabric, rather than those slippery polyester things you get with cheap gowns. Might treat myself to some of their knickers - bet they’re fab :)

Ordered a brushed cotton (stornaway) women's dressing gown. Just taken delivery (which was very fast) and the product is absolutely beautiful. Thanks to Debs at British Boxers for helping me with sizing and also for getting my order out to me so quickly and with DPD! What's not to like? I'm very happy and will be ordering again!

I bought 2 x pairs of PJ shorts & the lovely Debs text me directly to say that 1. Their sale started the day after I placed the order & that they’d refund me the difference. 2. One pair was OOS so I chose another pair, which was no problem as they’re all lovely. Debs was super, efficient & I’ve never received such personal customer service ever! I’ve worked in CS & know how tough it can be, but she was fab. Please promote her ASAP & give her a hug from me! Keep doing what you’re doing 🌟 Have a lovely Christmas 🎄

I purchased a pair of Pyjama shorts for my wife. After a few months they started to fray at a seem. I reported this to customer service who with 4 hours had responded, apologised and sent out a new pair (which arrived within 3 days). I'd say you can't beat that these days

I always like to support British companies and found British Boxers whilst searching for some new underwear for myself and my husband.
I ordered a pack of mens boxers which are very nice, good quality and well made. Unfortunately the ladies pants I ordered arrived and immediately I knew they were not going to fit. I contacted customer service who replied very quickly to ask me to return them for an exchange.
I received the replacements in very quick time with a lovely note from them inside the parcel.
We are very impressed with their products and even more so with their customer care. Will definitely shop with them again. 😃

Oh my goodness - this is my find of the year/decade! A bit pricey, yes, but wow is it worth it! My dressing gown is the most beautiful brushed cotton and feels and looks so luxurious. In fact, I have just ordered a second one in a different colour. The shape is also lovely - the way it falls is super flattering. Top service, too; very quick.

Outstanding nightshirt, dressing gown and now the softest most cosy pyjamas. Getting all my nightwear from here in future. Well worth the money and excellent customer service.

Speedy delivery of a beautiful high quality ladies' nightshirt.Very soft cotton and lovely colour.The best nightwear I have ever purchased.

I'm super happy with this retailer's products and I am a fan of buying British. I bought ladies high leg knickers - 4 pairs in the Lucky Dip and I am very pleased with them. I like the soft cotton, they are a good fit and they came in fun colours. (I'm a standard size 12.) I also bought trunks for my partner. Again very soft cotton but the Large was too big around the waist. Customer Services responded immediately and offered a refund or an exchange. I have subsequently bought a nightshirt, socks and more men's pants.

I bought seeresucker pyjamas for my daughter for Christmas, she loved them.
6 weeks later there was a tear in the fabric next to the pocket seam.
I contacted Deb who was surprised but immediately said she would sort it.
The next morning we got a seersucker set delivered by DPD
My daughter was extremely happy and British Boxers will always have our custom

Comfortable and worth the money!

Ordered a few pairs of underwear from them. Good quality and seem to last. Great customer service was given when inquiring about an order. Just sometimes takes a while for certain colours to come back into stock but understandable with everything going on in the world. Thank you British Boxers!

I accidentally ordered an item in the wrong size so I contacted customer service to enquire about exchanging them. I received an almost immediate reply to say it was fine and to return them when I got the chance. I returned them the next day and 2 days later received the replacement items in the post.
They fit perfectly and are so so SO comfy.

Bought some for me and my wife, who is really picky on underwear comfort.... she loves them too. Quick delivery and these arrived like from a boutique.
If you’ve never had them..... you really don’t know what you missing.

Absolutely lovely products, Treated myself to a new dressing gown and the brushed fabric is so soft and I am delighted. Have just started doing some Christmas shopping for family members on it, everyone is pleased with cosy pj's at Christmas !!
