Sadly my product didn’t work as…
Sadly my product didn’t work as expected, however the support team have been excellent - from start to finish I can’t fault them in any way. Special mention to Kaus who picked up my complaint and has been efficient, kind and considerate - they really have given excellent support all the way. I am in the process of getting a refund and I can honestly say from start to finish they have been excellent, and certainly deserve 5 stars!!
