As previously explained, before we can fully resolve this matter, we need to verify the course hours delivered directly with the instructor. There is currently a discrepancy between the hours you believe were completed and the hours recorded by the instructor, and it is important that we establish the correct position before reaching a final outcome.

We are actively investigating this and have requested confirmation from the instructor. As soon as this process is complete, we will be able to provide a full response and bring this matter to a resolution.

We are sorry to hear that your daughter was unhappy with her experience.

At the time the course was discontinued, the office had not been made aware of any concerns regarding the instructor or the lessons being delivered. We only became aware of these allegations after the course had been stopped and the formal complaint was received.

The instructor involved is highly experienced and has worked with many pupils over a number of years. Based on the information currently available to us, we do not believe there was any intention to act unprofessionally. However, we take all complaints seriously and are carrying out a full review of the circumstances, including speaking with all parties involved.

As this matter is currently under investigation, it would not be appropriate for us to comment further on the specific allegations in a public forum. We will contact you directly once our review has been completed.

It appears after you initially requested that your course date be changed your booking was lost on the transference to our new CRM system.
This is our mistake and should not have impacted your course.
As agreed your refund has been arranged and will credit you shortly.
Due to the issues experienced we acknowledge this has taken far longer than we would have expected falling below our core service values.
