I contacted Fordys after another company had let me down. Fordys have been fantastic! I had a wonderful lady called Amy who was fantastic!! Not only did she calm my nerves, Amy went over things I didn't understand and was getting wrong. It was done in such a friendly way you would think you were out with one of your mates. I can honestly say I learnt more information with Amy in every lesson I had. I wouldn't recommend any other company. As I find the other 3 companies I had constantly let me down with cancelled lessons, finishing lessons early when you still had 30 mins left and giving you the feeling you aren't learning much. Fordys are the complete opposite of this! They do give you value for your money and they speak/ treat you with respect. I will only ever recommend Fordys!!! Thank you so much Amy for making my lessons fun that I understood everything that resulted in my pass with you. X

When I decided to change my career and become a driving instructor, I spoke to a few different driving schools. They all tried to sell me the best deals and promised everything I needed, but after a 40-minute conversation with Alan Ford, I knew Fordys Driving School was the right choice for me. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Alan helped me prepare for my Part 2 with weekly lessons that helped iron out my old driving habits, and thanks to his support I passed first time.

I then had weekly Part 3 training with Jack, who was absolutely brilliant. He was knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and made every session enjoyable with plenty of laughs along the way. His coaching gave me the confidence and skills I needed to succeed.

Yesterday, I passed my ADI Part 3 first time, and for me that is an incredible achievement. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without all the help, encouragement, and advice from everyone at Fordys.

If you’re thinking about becoming a driving instructor, I can honestly say that Fordys is the way to go. They genuinely care about your success and support you every step of the way. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Alan, Jack, and the whole Fordys team!

Ammar has been a fantastic driving instructor for my daughter. Incredibly supportive and patient to build her confidence and he kept me posted with what she needed to work on too. I highly recommend him.

Amazing driving instructor!I highly recommend Rezwan. He was extremely patient, calm, friendly, gave excellent feedback during every lesson. He helped me feel completely ready and confident for my test. Passing was so much easier thanks to his great teaching and support!

Jo as a driving instructor is hands down the best ive had and lead me to pass almost flawlessly, with her patience and guidance i dont think i couldve asked for a better instructor on my journey
Ontop of this i want to give a shout to Tony aswell for his hand in helping me look over bay parking mere minutes before the test.

I originally had my driving test booked for August 5th, but Amy encouraged me to look for an earlier test because she genuinely believed I was ready. That confidence in me meant so much.

I failed my mock test because my nerves got the better of me, and Amy was just as surprised as I was. She knew I was capable of driving much better and never let that knock my confidence. Instead, she kept encouraging me, helped me work through my nerves, and reminded me to believe in myself.

I had William as a driving instructor (automatic) after having 3 previous driving instructors before they have been no where near as good as William. He believed in me, reassured more and had loads of confidence. Wouldn’t have passed without all his help and support will 100% recommend William to everyone. Passed after 6 lessons.

My instructor (Alanna Smedley) was excellent from start to finish. Thanks to her patience and expertise, I managed to pass my test today first try with confidence! I'm very grateful for all the advice she has given me along the way.

My Driving instructor was Sam and i cannot recommend him enough he deserves so much praise he helped me overcome so much and improve my confidence to the fullest listening to me and guiding me when i had issues or got a bit emotional so so patient using different ways to help me remember i want to say a massive thank you to him for helping me pass and having so much confidence in me when i doubted myself! #TeamFordys 🙌

I had a great experience learning to drive with my instructo tony, he was very patient, professional, and explained everything clearly, which helped me build my confidence behind the wheel. Every lesson was well-structured, and tony provided constructive feedback that helped me improve quickly. tony created a calm and supportive learning environment, making even challenging situations feel manageable. Having my lessons with Fordys was a massive help, I don't think I would have had as good of a chance at passing my test and gaining confidence in driving if I had gone with anyone else! My instructor Matt was brilliant he went above and beyond for me in our lessons and was incredibly friendly, we had quite a few laughs these past few months and it's an experience that will stick with me for a long time, I was in safe and capable hands and I can't thank him enough!

I was learning with Dave for a while he was really helpful and understanding with my schedule, he helped me pass first time, really nice to talk overall 10/10 experience would recommend to anyone learning to drive

Friendly, straightforward, and caring

dave was my driving instructor and i would 100% recommend he listened to me and asked me if i was comfortable doing the driving i was doing and he was very patient and talkative which i think is a very key part of being an instructor. Thanks to dave i passed my test and im very happy i could pass to make him happy.

I passed first time today with only 2 minors, and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Sam. He’s incredibly calm, patient, and always knows how to help you feel relaxed behind the wheel. As a very nervous beginner, I often felt overwhelmed when driving, but thanks to Sam’s support and teaching style, I grew in confidence with every lesson. I now feel comfortable, capable, and confident in my driving. Plus, if you’re lucky, you’ll get treated to some great singing along the way! I’d highly recommend Sam and Fordys Driving School to anyone looking to learn to drive.
