What can I say, after failing my test 8 years ago after 7 months worth of weekly lessons I never felt confidant and so I lost it all when I failed. I never thought I would try again!

Then going back 2 months ago, I was recommended mycrashcourse by a friend who her and her son had passed their 1st time with them. So I took the bull by the horn and got in touch.

Today I passed my test with flying colours. I did a 2 week course I can’t believe I was to scared to attempt again.

It wasn’t my learning that was the problem it was the teachings of the previous instructor who I had the lessons with for 7 months (I can’t even imagine the hours I put in) the amount of money was triple the amount of this course.

I’m absolutely over the moon with this company and can’t recommend to people enough. The process was so easy from start to passing my test, the customer service so friendly and helpful. Great options to choose from and went above and beyond in helping me decided what suited me best.

I got paired my instructor who made me feel so comfortable, was so easy to talk to and ask questions without feeling silly (plus had me in fits of laughter).

I wish these would have been around when I did it 8 years ago!

So to anyone that wants to pass while enjoying learning with amazing instructors and support from a great company. Then I 110% recommend My Crash Course, you won’t regret it just like I haven’t. This is why Im leaving this review to give the company and staff the credit they deserve and to anyone that wants to pass their test. This is definitely the company I recommend.

Mum never learnt to drive and is very nervous around cars, after reading the reviews and specifically how calm your drivers are and my own great experience.

I did the quick refresher course of 10 hours. So I would be test ready for my test Friday. I had my test booked a while back, my old instructor sadly quit after some personal issues.

(my crash course) were able to get me 10 hours slot booked in with short notice,1 week before my due test date.

Impressed by this and the lady Rebecca, she called back after comfirming with managemrent. The service i recieved was top rated.

I have never been a technophobe so don't use the internet very much and my phone was glitching when I wanted to check the prices. So i just called up. One of the agents guided me through the intensive process in 5 minutes and sorted me out. I am getting my first lesson in next month. Looking forward to being on the road. Thanks Chris!

Had to speak to a lovely lady over the phone as the site still says that you book tests. Which since May 12th the law has changed.

So please do update for future customers. Still 5 STAR service as Dawn literally spent 48 minutes ringing round the test centers for cancellations for upcoming tests.

Though I had to call them myself, she was able to use their internal system to get me a list of the short notice tests availability.

Really went out of her way. I've been assured this morning that the website will be updated this week to reflect the new laws as they are having a rebrand. Please don't change too much. Website is perfect as is; minus the old info hehehe.

Very productive week doing my crash course, learnt a lot in the 4 to 5 hours daily. No previous experience so opted for 45 hours, slightly more expensive than national average. But well worth passing my test in two weeks. Good website, good phone manners and top notch teaching. Thank you very much my crash course
