Instructor was good with my son however…
Instructor was good with my son however the company has terrible communication and I am being constantly strung along. I had over paid and awaiting over two month for it to be refunded which it still hasn’t!
When I booked I was told the instructor and car would be available for my son’s test but then the instructor told us that this was a cost on top and not included even though I had it in writing.
The company didn’t come back to me about and extra lesson or using the instructor for his test so he had to go alone and felt completely let down.

Instructors worth their weight in gold!!!
After not a great start to driving lessons with another driving company, Alan gave my daughter some confidence lessons and got her used to the road which was worth its weight in Gold, then Tim took over the lessons to get her to test ready! What can I say… Tim is the most patient and calm
Person and was just the instructor she needed. He reassured her every step of the way, offering constant support and explaining things throughly as driving didn’t come naturally to her. Now 7 weeks after her 17th birthday she passed her test! This is all down to the professionalism and knowledge from these instructors, Tim and Alan are an asset to this company, the owner James was also very helpful co-ordinating the lessons to get her test ready! This company really do what they say on the tin, Tim and Alan have got both of my kids on the road within 7 weeks after their first lesson and I cannot thank them enough! Honestly fantastic service and fantastic instructors! Thanks again Tim, James and Alan. I honestly can’t thank you enough!

Passed first time
Passed first time ⭐️The experience with Bristol and Bath intensive courses were great from start to finish, great communication and availability to suit.
My instructor Alan was talkative and made me feel at ease driving as a learner. He was reliable on time every day and funny making the long days driving enjoyable. With aspects of driving I found difficult Alan took his time and explained really well how to perfect manoeuvres.
My twin brother is also booked with Bristol and Bath intensive courses and has requested Alan as his instructor.

The whole experience from the start was…
The whole experience from the start was a shambles. The instructor (Guy) I had was no help from day one and for 5 days took me to Bath, Cheddar, out by Bristol Airport and other places. Put his shades on, sat back and enjoyed the ride, at one point asked me to do something which he called was advanced driving and said go to the right hand side of the road so I could see oncoming traffic at 50 around a bend. I could go on saying more but I would be doing this company an injustice. All this because of the instructor I was given. Once they knew of the things that happened I was given a new instructor ( Felix ) who was amazing and got me through my test in 2 days. I would also like to mention that a charge of minimum £150 will be given at the end of your test and any retests after that. And been nearly a year as my 5 day course was August last year and I passed my test today.

Firstly, we are genuinely sorry that your initial experience did not meet the standard we expect. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention at the time, as it allowed us to investigate and take action. The experience you describe with your first instructor is certainly not what we aim to provide our pupils.
We are, however, pleased that once we became aware of the issues, we were able to arrange for Felix to take over your training. It is fantastic to hear that he gave you the support, guidance and confidence you needed, ultimately helping you pass your test after just two days together. We will make sure your kind comments are passed on to him.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the overall timescale. Unfortunately, instructor availability, test availability and arranging suitable dates can sometimes extend the process beyond anyone’s preference, although we understand how frustrating that can be from a pupil’s perspective.
In relation to the test day fee, this is a separate charge agreed directly with the instructor for the use of their vehicle, insurance, time and accompanying the test. This is outlined in our terms and conditions and is not a charge that is introduced at the end of the course unexpectedly.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. Whilst we regret that your journey did not begin as it should have, we are delighted that it ended with a successful pass. We wish you many years of safe and enjoyable driving ahead.

Passed my test a couple of days ago - I had Tim as my instructor who was amazing from day one until the very end. He is always calm, patient and kind and prepared me so well for my test, I always felt like he was truly on my side!! 100% would recommend - thank you Tim :)

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to AVOID IT. I am writing this review with pains in my heart.
I paid approximately £1,300 in August 2025 for a 5-day intensive driving course, including theory and practical test bookings. Eleven months later, I have received only 10 hours of tuition. Before they could get me a tutor it took lots of back and forth messages.
I had to book both my theory and practical tests myself because the company failed to do what I had already paid for.
The lack of communication and total disregard for customer has been appalling. Management is almost impossible to reach, emails and messages are ignored, and whenever I do get through, I am given promises that are never fulfilled.
This has cost me far more than money. It has delayed me getting my full licence, reduced my efficiency at work, caused me to miss opportunities, left me anxious about driving because my training has been so fragmented, and caused months of unnecessary stress and frustration. I trusted this company to deliver what they advertised, and they have let me down completely.
I have kept receipts, emails and messages documenting everything. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

AVOID!!! This company is affiliated with MY5DAY. I called MY5DAY chasing an outstanding debt. I forwarded the CCJ taken out against MY5DAY to the sender, who acknowledged it & told me they would pass it over. I've heard nothing more since. Do not risk being scammed like so many others by these charlatans.

Waste of time, cost my best mate a lot of money of a lot of time wasted and a lot of time of work lost !!! Absolutely pathetic company that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone !! Absolutely joke. Would rate a 0 if I could as a 1 is highly generous!!

Oh my god! What a great company! Communication from the start was excellent. Booked a week of intensive driving lessons! Nervous driver but Alan put me at ease straight away! There should be more Alan's out there! First test, made a silly mistake at the end and failed! Managed to get a cancellation quite quickly, Alan to the rescue and passed! The biggest thanks to Alan, not only is he a great instructor he's a great guy, thank you so much ! High recommended!

This company is awful you do not get what you pay for and when you try and make complaints you get ignored or given false promises. I’d be very wary of letting your teenage daughters anywhere near these bullying unprofessional instructors.

After nearly a year of getting a driving test, I gave up hoping for anything. They have no driving instructors. They contract it out. The numbers they state to call are not owned by Bristol and Bath driving course. They are owned by Gamma Holdings Telecom Limited. Probably explains why they don't return phone calls. Only email. Paid alot of money, only just over £200 refunded.

I paid in full for a 5day course in February to start in April. I have only completed 6hrs in total of this course due to them cancelling and then there communication and rebooking for sessions being inadequate. I eventually gained some ground with trying to sort things out after I had mentioned I would be moving forward with trying to get a refund.
They then decided to tell me that I could only complete the rest of my hours after I had completed my theory test which was still another 3 weeks away. Once this had been discussed I decided to move forward with the refund as this was not adequate and prevented me from driving even longer.
However after this the communication has only gotten worse there has been a total of over 120 emails mostly from my end trying to get this sorted and get my money back and only 2 months later after being told countless times it was in the last stages and was about to be processed have they told me that it will be processed tomorrow. I still did not know how much they were going to refund me so I asked and the decided it was only £480 out of the £1100 I paid upfront. I have since decided to contact the relevant people to sort this and have sent them an email/letter stating that they are in breach of contract and have 14 days to give me a full refund or it will be taken further.

Truthfully where do I start
Truthfully where do I start. Alan was quite literally a god send he took my basic driving ability and in a matter of days refined my skills earning me a first time pass with 3 minors. I cannot thank him enough for teaching me but also more importantly he was a genuine guy who you could tell truly cared for the trade he has taught me things about the road that will keep me safe for a lifetime (hopefully) and moreover Alan Truthfully went above and beyond for me as he has for others in the past and I can guarantee it will continue in the future because that is just the type of man he his.
Genuine guy brilliant teacher. I Truthfully hope everyone can get a instructor like Alan
