thank you for refunding me one…as I already mention only on one ticket what about the second

Fraud/Scam
I had a very disappointing experience with BrightSun Travels.
I purchased a flight ticket through the company in good faith and made full payment using my credit card. The booking was handled by an individual identifying himself as Jason Roy. I was assured that the ticket would be issued promptly after payment.
Unfortunately, after the payment was processed, I did not receive a valid ticket confirmation or flight reservation. Multiple attempts to contact the company and the representative via phone and email went unanswered. Communication completely stopped once the payment had been made.
As a result, I was left without a ticket and without a refund. I have since had to escalate the matter through my credit card provider due to non-delivery of the service.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before making any payments to BrightSun Travels. My experience involved non-delivery of services and a complete lack of post-payment communication, which caused significant inconvenience and financial distress.
I hope this review helps others make informed decisions.
The merchant they use is Transfergo. Be aware

We normally do business with one of Brightsun's competitors but on this occasion, after we got connected with Simran A, she handled our request amazingly. She was very patient with our many questions asked, our change of dates scenarios and we really appreciate her time and effort in order to get our tickets reserved and booked!
