I had a smooth experience booking my tickets through Travel Brothers Ltd. Jim Jordan was helpful throughout the process and went the extra mile by securing my tickets in advance before payment was completed. His communication was clear, prompt, and professional. I truly appreciate the support and would definitely recommend his services to others.

I had no problems with my flight booking to Uganda with this company at all, they looked at all available flight options for me to fit my requirements even when I wanted to change airlines before my departure they were accommodating to looking for alternatives for me with no complaints! Great customer service and very respectful and responsive. I would book with them again.

Scammers!!! Avoid they owe millions to people and once they have your details they wont stop ringing. The company are in breach of GDPR and will soon be put out of business by the Office of Data Protection Commisioner

My flights were dealt with by Oliver Thomas, my guy was professional and handled everything I needed ,Oliver went an every mile to make sure everything was ok, he even checked me in when I was coming back ,thanks a lot my brother

Agent Leo was on the case right from the start, finding us the best deal. Although there were slight complications re deciding on dates at my end, Leo was very patient and answered many questions right up to the point of purchasing tickets.
A very easy person/company to work with!

The service was handled professionally ,especially when it comes to customer's needs and concerns.I was assisted by a lady called Sarah,she was humble and patient and did her best to get me the best fares.

The travel brothers are not helpful at all there customer service is disgusting .

I'm still waiting for my refund that was suppose to be given to me 3months ago.

This travel brothers asked me to pay a deposit so that they can search for a flight ticket for me
I paid it but they couldn't get me the ticket. I have tried many times to get the money refunded but as at now, the money hasn't been refunded
