Pawan Gupta makes our trips seamless
Mr Pawan Gupta is who arranges everything for us from flights, airport transfers , hotel stays, tours etc. He is very attentive to our needs and gets it all done to perfection. Also while we were abroad he made himself available if we needed to change our plans which was great.

wanted to give you feedback on our Dubai trip - had some great moments but also a few hiccups. Here's the lowdown: ...
"Had a mixed trip to Dubai with Brightsun Travel. Highlights included great customer service from Pavan Gupta and fantastic drivers (Sultaan and Qamar Zaman) who were knowledgeable and friendly. However, vendor issues let us down - the cruise didn't match the 'private Luxury Yacht' promise and the city tour felt rushed, with some stops skipped. The drivers seemed more focused on their next tour than showing us Dubai. Appreciated the efforts to resolve issues (like the Burj Khalifa ticket mix-up), but it was a stressful day. Would recommend Pavan for his service, and Qamar Zaman for safari tours 👍."
