SCAMMERS!!!!! DO NOT PARK HERE.

Will not accept appeals and when submitting the appeal to the IAS as requested by them, they are advising my details are incorrect and I need to contact them. They are extremely unprofessional!!! These need shutting down. Do not park here!!!!

Do not use this carpark. They are scam artists! Issued a ticket from a machine (I know I should have checked the ticket) it turns out that it says in really small writing that there was a network failure. In my defence it was really dark I didn’t check it I just assumed as it issued a ticket that it went through. In fact it didn’t. Got a letter a week later £60 fine. Please do not use this carpark

Received a fine yesterday in post for none payment at Baltic Market from when I went to see the band embrace at camp and furnace on 7th November 2023.

Unlucky for the company, I did pay online using the your parking space app (which I've never had an issue with before).

Even got screenshots as proof so will definitely be appealing this one.

My friendly advice to those who have also been issued fines for none payment at Baltic market.

Download the your parking space app and book online for any parking in future if poss. This way we will all have evidence to go against these companies trying to rip off paying customers.

I wouldn’t give one star. DO NOT USE THE CAR PARK AT Baltic Market. Paid with cash, ticket on dash, no indication on return a human had checked the visibility of ticket (for instance with a parking ticket on windscreen) this would have led to me keeping my ticket as evidence. Instead one week later a 60 pound fine. Can I find the ticket? Of course not. They know this. It’s a scam.

This is the worst scamming company ever. I put in my registration and was told to pay (not given the amount of time I was there for so I estimated) I stayed 25 minutes over the time I paid for. Next minute I have a fine…. Then when calling the number was told the fine was not 60 it was now £100. Which was paid- no confirmation texts, letters to emails to state this. Then i have been issued with a £160 fine stating I have not paid.
Tried contacting the number which is an automated voice directory which then cuts off. Send numerous emails which have been ignored or told they have not received payment (even attached the bank statement stating the £100 has been made to a company called minster baywatch) absolutely disgusting! Awaiting what will happen next as they will not be getting another penny from me! And I will seek legal representation! Do NOT use this car park!!!!

1 is generous! The process of appealing against a fine when you thought you'd paid (as the machine said you had ) is time consuming, Kafkaesque and the IAS website also blocks you at every turn. I shall never go to the Cains Brewery site ever gain.

I didn't receive a PCN for overstaying a parking ticket. I received a letter stating that I because I had ignored the letter and hadn't paid the fine, the fine had increased. I emailed the address provided several times, no reply, then after 1 week I received further increase and court proceeding threats. Their website states that it is set up to allow people to make complaints but there is nowhere on the website to make a complaint. Disgusting company. It should be mandatory that fines are sent by recorded delivery.

I would give this review zero stars if it was possible. Just recently returned from a wonderful weekend in Liverpool (19th August) to receive a random letter on 6th September saying I have a £60 parking fine for overstaying the ticket type.
The signage in the car park clearly states to pay upon exit. When I left the car park I typed in my vehicle registration and the total owed was displayed as £2. I paid what the machine told me with my debit card and the total deducted from my bank account. I have provided proof of this to the company along with a photo of the car park payment signage. In a matter of minutes they rejected my appeal. I returned a further email stating I will be happy to pay any additional parking fees but can't be responsible for the amount shown on the machine due for payment.
I have terrible mental health at this moment and this is causing me severe undue stress. I am already seeking legal advice I receive through my bank. I am also constructing an email to Martin Lewis to see if he can advise on this because I am adamant this is a scam and out of order.

Paid for a ticket , little did I know at the time the machine voided my transaction but printed a ticket like any other. Left the car park hours before the ticket would have expired.
Week later £60 parking charge. Couldn’t believe it. Went to the car and still had the ticket , at this point I noticed in small print that the ticket was voided. They also claim that the ticket wasn’t on the dashboard which it was. Absolute liars. Who runs this organisation?!?!
Sent an appeal with a copy of my (voided) ticket. Clearly states the time I was at the machine with my bank card paying for a ticket. Appeal has since been rejected so a further letter was sent 1st class which I have had no response to, but instead a threatening letter of INTENDED COURT PROCEEDINGS and them wanting £160!!! Never known anything like it in my life. Nobody to speak to. It’s just one BIG SCAM.

Myself, my daughter and my neice parked to go and have some lunch. I paid for 2hrs as that would be ample time. Whilst at a nearby, as I am a carer myself, I ended up helping a disabled gentleman and his carer. This put us 23 mins late as we had to then rush back to the car. I then received a letter saying I had been fined £60 for TWENTY THREE mins all because I'd helped someone. The letter states it was sent on 31st of May when I only received it on the 20th of June so now not only can I not appeal, it has now gone up to £100. DO NOT USE THIS CARPARK

ANPR cameras with little signage on entering. Assume more information probably in small print at the pay station. Did not leave my car as only dropping off, however stayed longer than the grace period allowed (assume this time is highlighted in small print on the pay station) Simply did not want to leave my partner on her own to wait for her friends so waited with her.
Would love to explain this to somebody but no way to do so?
Its criminal as everything geared towards making money:
No clearly visible cameras.
No clear signage on entry regarding the cameras.
Letter received 9 days after issue and warned fine will only be reduced if paid in the first 14 days.
Appeal contact number simply goes to answer phone directing you online.
Payment link/site highlights you can appeal but gives no links to do so.
Appeal link/site however does have clear link/button to pay (strange that)?
Sure I`ll just get the standard response that I can appeal but do you really have a choice? Threat of increased fine although cleverly not worded that way and no real way on knowing that common sense will win here. Just means I`ll have to paid an extra £30.
Not to mention the time wasted to complete this appeal process.
Shame company is geared to making the most profit from the customer rather than improving services for them. I will not be visiting again.

Parked up went to machine tried to pay by ring go app but couldn’t find location so I bought a ticket with cash then went back to the car put ticket on dashboard, week later get a letter saying I owe £60 for not buying a ticket and 2 photos were took off my car from far away high up of my car parked and leaving. In the pictures you couldn’t even see my dashboard they were that far away and zoomed in. Appealed once got refused, I am certain they they will have cctv of that car park and I am on it buying a ticket, looks like a total scam to rip people off as no good enough evidence has been proved that my ticket wasn’t on the dashboard. All the reviews say everyone’s has the same problem says it all really, still waiting to hear back from them as I’ve just sent another email

Parked and paid for parking sent me a fine couldn’t find my ticket. So paid the fine and then found my ticket. Emailed and called the number on the sheet as well as messaged blocked my number absolute thieves. Won’t contact me to refund my fine money as I have the ticket absolutely disgusting!

I drove into your car park on the 2nd of January, my pregnant partner stayed in the car. I paid for a ticket and put it in the car

I was picking up a table from a studio that was closing down inside, my partner stayed in the car the whole time as it was upstairs.

Nobody came and checked our car or asked to see a ticket.

We have received nothing from you to say we hadnt paid for a ticket until Gladstones debt recovery send us a letter asking for £170 and threatening us with court - Lovely little treat with a baby nearly here.

No response to our emails or calls to sort it out either.

Luckily I kept our ticket but still been a nightmare to sort out and shouldnt have had to happen in the first place

What a joke!!!! Table booked for 2 hours at Lu Ban Liverpool, so I got a 2 hour ticket, no option for 3 hours as it goes straight to 12 hours & wasn’t paying for that. I was 20 minutes over as waiting for the bill as it was busy in the restaurant, then with it being -1 degrees I had clear my window screen.
So I got a £60 fine & guess what I cannot get hold of them!!! Now it’s gone to £100!!! I want to appeal!!!

Appealed a parking ticket for the cains brewery site as I got 1 digit wrong on the parking location via the parking app and therefore bought parking for the wrong location. I offered to pay an admin fee + the ticket price for the time I spent on their site under their correct location code.

This was regected and so had to pay the fine. This practice of fining people when they've made a genuine mistake is millitant and immoral.

I will avoid parking here in the future and would recommend you do so too.

Absolute shambles of a company!!

Stating I owe them £170 for a parking fine and have been harassing me constantly for the past 6 months via Gladstones Solicitors. I could never appeal my ticket in the first instances and kept receiving the message of ‘no ticket found’, but that’s besides the point anyway! (No help on their part)

It also took you close to 3 months to get in contact with me about this supposed fine, I’m assuming you purposely wait this long knowing people would no longer have the ticket from the purchase of the stated day!

I sent all the details of bank transactions for the day in question to your so called solicitors, (who are very unprofessional) and they’re still saying that the proof of me paying doesn’t matter in the slightest! It’s actually quite comical because when I went back checking all this I’d actually overpaid for my stay!

A real poor excuse of a company, especially in this current climate they’re trying to force people into paying for fines that aren’t even applicable! Disgusting!

Please stop harassing me and sort this out, the solicitors have got proof of the transactions on 24th July 2022.

Have resolved this with the below email, looks like I may not of entered my full registration which is hard to dispute at this point.

Very helpful and have cancelled the charge after showing proof of payment.

Overall I would say the carpark is convenient and well situated, just a shame about all this but could be a genuine mistake. Have amended the review as it seems fair if it was my mistakes.

I received a letter from Gladstone solicitors today stating I owed £170. This is outrageous as I paid £5 on the day as shown on my bank account as I do not have the ticket due to it being nearly 2 months a go which we went here for my wife's birthday. Very disappointed as I said on the day what a great place to park it was, now I understand why it was so easy to get a space. Only option I have is to go through the PAP on Gladstones website as the PCN Number provided brings back no details on the brewery gate website to dispute. Assuming this is a scam to try and get extra money, really disappointed this is allowed to happen when I'm so careful about paying for parking.

Absolute joke had to nip to shop to get some change to pay for parking at Cains Brewery as I had a meeting paid by cash as couldn't pay by card so no record of payment as I binned my ticket so paid and got a parking fine will never use this site again
