The product was very good.
The product was very good.
Only complication was that I booked it in my name so I would have to be there at collection with my identification, whereas I wanted my son to collect it.
Ended up getting a refund prior to the collection date, and my son re-booking. This part was dealt with very well by the head office though.

DIYer friendly, simple & helpful service
First time hiring equipment and sanding floors as a DIYer - they were super helpful in explaining the equipment and making sure I had everything I need to get the job done. Simple and friendly service all round, would use again if the need arose.

Great first time experience
Staff gave great advice and support for the my needs. First time user of the sanders and the advice helped me complete the job with ease.
Will be coming back for the great gear and support. Flexible when I needed more time and easy to get more equipment and pick up as I’d ran out of sanding sheets.
