Wow ! Where to start , shocking company to deal with , ordered a tower 4 days prior to needing it and told delivery of 8-10 am , only half turned up at 4:20 pm , told first drop on day 2 only to later be told couldn't guarantee a time , had labour on site to pay .£500 out of pocket!!!
Needless to say I will never use or recommend Hss again and will do my utmost to let as many of my contacts not to use them as well

Simply AWFUL, no communication, they don't deliver what you have paid for, then tell you two days later the supplier has no stock, when you ask for your money back they tell you it takes 7 days, outrageous

St Albans branch, offer the personal touch & also offer their sundries through A1 Tools & Fixings.
I highly recommend you use Hss/A1 Tools St Albans.

Harry at the Peterborough branch nothing is too much always there to give advice and a great service liases with you to arrange delivery and collection to suit you where ever possible.

We are currently using HSS St Albans,
Unit 29 Soothouse Spring, Valley Rd, St Albans AL3 6PF.
We are very happy with the 5 star service Phil and the boys ( and the girls) are giving us.
We have hand tools, towers and lifting equipment among the Plant on hire and very satisfied with them.
