I was hired out a faulty (in my opinion) turf cutting machine.
Worn tyres and worn drive belts. The machine could barely move by itself. There was also a sheared bolt that joined the frame to the chassis, rendering the machine lopsided and adding to the issues above.
Basic maintenance doesn't seem to be high on the company's agenda.
Furthermore, I was made to feel that I was in the wrong by the staff when I returned the machine and pointed out the problems.
I should have reported the problems straight away. But, I needed to get the job done. Which my back didn't thank me for.
Great bit of kit. Bloody heavy though when it's not working properly 😕

Brandon Hire in Hull was recommended
Brandon Hire Hull was recommended to me. I needed to hire an MI Tower for our local Methodist Church to complete some internal painting. From start to finish the service was 100%. The equipment was in full working order and the delivery drivers were great during the delivery and collection of the equipment. Best of all the deposit was refunded quickly. I will use this company again and have no problem in recommending them in the future.

Don't trust availability. Call them first.
Why would you list an item that is not available? Even after the person called me to say that my hire order needed to cancelled and refunded (no other solution was offered), the item remained available for hire online. Time wasting to the max!

Fantastic service and driver with a positive and helpful attitude
We recently placed a large order to fulfill our company needs. Gary and the team at Sutton Road, worked hard to make this happened and kept open and clear communication throughout the process. On delivery day, the text message alerts to delivery times etc were also very useful. When Paul the driver arrived, i was taken aback by his positivity and willingness to ensure everything was OK before leaving, even though it was late in the day.

Delivery and pick up spot on. Unfortunately whoever hired it before me must of thought it funny to put the side to the tower on clay and stand on them. A hell of a job putting the wheels on as full of clay.

Order placed and paid for online, only to find that the local branch of Brandon Hire did not and never have stocked the item.
If it wasn't for the help from the management and staff of my local branch, then I would have gone elsewhere.
