the staff were helpful hampered by a chaotic online system
the staff were helpful and informative and easy to deal with. However your online system lets you down
I went to collect the machine and times of opening did not match the time when the premises did open. In addition one machine i ordered was not on site
This had to be collected from Derby branch and then tested I had hired for one day so this pressured me with the work I had to do in the allotted time I had to complete the work. having to return to the dept at 1pm to collect the second machine. In effect i paid for one days hire and in fact got half a days usage. in addition the dust collection bag for one machine was incorrect and could not be fitted so had to adapt my own dust collection device to accomodate its usage.

Mainly good but some neagtives
The equipment was as described & worked well. The delivery & collection were on time. It would have been helpful to have more guidance on insurance requirements beforehand. Overall costs were considerably higher than the upfront quote.
