Very helpful on collection could have done without the snarky comment on there being mud on the rotavator. It's a rotavator! I had cleared most off, would understand if I brought a rotavator back covered in cement, but mud!

Disappointed
Ordered an paid for tile bumpa. Tile bumpa was unavailable and order cancelled with notice of this sent to wrong email. Was then told by customer service that the nearest one available was near Manchester. I live and work in Bournemouth. Brandon hire should not take payment for hire equipment they cannot provide.

Great but now only for trade
Easy to book, collect and return, friendly helpful staff and had the tool i needed. Very great shame they now only hire to trade customers.

I am still waiting for the goodwill…
I am still waiting for the goodwill gesture of £10 agreed with your head office because I paid for 2x6.64m roof ladders and received one of 4.9m and the other of 6m. This was chased by me with my local depot on 1/12/2025 and nothing has materialised.

Stump grinder
The machine hired, a stump grinder, worked very well and did what was required until the starter cord broke.
There was no time to fix it that afternoon so it was fixed on site the following morning but I lost at least half a day's working time due to the delay.

Ordering on line has made the whole process more time consuming and more expensive. The guys that I've dealt with have always been sound though in Sighthill and once in Glasgow .
The staff are decent and pretty flexible. Some of the wheels on the towers need sorted but the Mi towers are bang on from my experience. Delivery costs have went up since you have to order online - which is annoying.
