Ordered a large animal print picture for a special birthday online.Oh dear next am I read it may take a few weeks......oh dear again...needed it for 11 th August.Rang customer service no answer.....Rang the shop......fab,fab,fab.A REAL person.....Mary,gabbled out my problem fully expecting the ....not my problem,don’t know,not interested answer we’ve all become accustomed to.......No way,leave it with me I’ll ring you back,she’d rang be back got it In store,gave us sat nav directions.....we are on our way in an hour.Met by super Mary and her “boss”,Tony,very nice chap. Packed into car,she spoke to someone called Dave at head office who refunded our £7.50 delivery charge.!,,,,,

How many stars .....numerous...since then how many family,friends have we told of your shop,staff and service.....carry on the good work......

AVOID- we have not received our order and our request to look into why is being ignored.
About to seek legal advice. Choose another supplier.

Having used Brand Interiors previously and been extremely happy with the service provided they were definitely the place to go when looking for a dining table. Again the service was first class and within two weeks the table was delivered exactly on time. Can highly recommend not only for service but for competitive pricing too.

I bought a picture which was considerably cheaper here than anywhere else, however it arrived smashed. The order took a long time to process and so did the replacement ( over a month in total ) which is my only critisism as every exchange that I had with the team has been both friendly and polite, especially Mary from the Stoke On Trent store who really knows how to treat customers to make them feel valued and gives them confidence in the brand and processes. Making the exchange felt easy and no bother at all, as long as you can afford to wait a little, I would recommend using this company.

I have no idea about the item I ordered as I have received this trustpilot review but have NOT received the item and apart from a confirmation email saying payment taken and order placed no other communication from Brand Interiors.

I feel a little premature to ask an opinion before ites received!

Brand Interiors are excellent. I purchased a chair and two seater couch, two and a half years ago. The handle that raises the leg extensions failed. I contacted them on the off chance they would be able to fix it. They were absolutely charming and arranged very quickly engineers to sort it. Once they new it was the cable they doubled back two days later and fixed it in ten minutes. The staff were lovely and the engineers who fixed the problem were extremely courteous and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely buy from them again as the after sales is second to none.

Excellent service, ordered item came well before the expected date and arrived in very good packaging, we are extremely happy with the artwork. Thank you, very good experience.

To work for this company is shambles nobody cares bout the furniture they throw it bout no care in the world.
It's like when you have an interview they tell you and you tell them things then weeks later they expect more from you like hoovering and moping up clearing cobwebs from main show room all because next door closing down. Honestly nobody cares bout the furniture.
I taken alot of pride in my Job and went out my way for customer part from them saying thank you very much. Throughout the company nobody cares. This company is the worst I've worked for honestly. Its kinda family run business.
The managers at Bury store like Rachel and Andy they are good workers and they put everything into it.

The price was brilliant and I know from experience that the quality is unfailingly good. However I was disappointed (& I must say slightly concerned!) about not receiving an email of confirmation of my order. I would expect a proper invoice listing items bought, price paid and some idea on delivery. Not being at the delivery address I need to know when to return to take possession as I am 300 miles away with only builders in the property. I can’t get down at the drop of a hat. This is something that needs to be rectified before securing higher ratings.

Went into the Brand's shop in Preston recently, thinking it was the same company as Brands Interiors which advertise online, which I still think it is but not even sure now. After showing a photo of a dining set on brands interior website I was told that they've never had that in the shop and can't order it. I also asked about a table that was on display, which I assumed was solid wood as it was priced at nearly £700. When I asked for confirmation of this, the assistant informed me that " there is nothing solid wood in here." Very disappointing experience. Travelled especially to have a look and purchase a dining set. Won't be going again not even remotely similar to what is being advertised on the website and staff dont seem to care if you purchase anything or not.

Not received item yet so how can I review the service?

Product has not arrived and have had no email confirmation of order.

Paid the money but had no communication whatsoever about when to expect delivery or even an acknowledgement that I have bought something from them . I am thinking I will have to cancel payment by card and look somewhere else

No communication at all. Money taken immediately but item still not here 2 weeks later. Have ti keep chasing. No info from company.

I was visiting family in Stockport, and visited your store in Broadstone Mill. I saw bedroom furniture that was exactly what I had been looking for. As I live in Worcestershire I thought it was going to be difficult to purchase. How wrong was I !!! Simon and the sales lady were fabulous, and arranged to have it delivered to Stoke on Trent, who would deliver to us.
A special thank you to Mary at Stoke on Trent who was so helpful and kept in constant touch with us to arrange delivery.
The customer service from Simon and Mary was superb and Winston delivered and assembled the wardrobe. Fabulous service, thanks so much.
