I just wanted to say thank you to the ladies in Bespoke Interiors for your advice and suggestions while helping us choose our curtain fabrics during our recent house refurbishment. We really appreciated your expertise and the high quality of the ILIV fabrics that were selected.

Overall, Barkers has not let us down. From supplying us with a skilled curtain fitter to the excellent help from the sofa department, the service has been outstanding. We are absolutely thrilled with the final outcome.

Do not trust Barkers Homes Northallerton for furniture there warranty is not worth nothing purchased furniture from Barkers Home Northallerton and within 5 weeks it started to fall apart

Went to barkers Home in Northallerton today 20/08/24.
My wife and i had lunch in the cafe.The staff were wonderful helpful and friendly.I had smoked salmon salad and my wife had Yorkshire Rarebit both meals were excellent .We are both off work for two weeks and have been out for meals everyday with some poor service and food at other places . But at Barkers the service and food was excellent.

An excellent home store that offers a welcoming and stylish shopping experience. Very good range of quality products. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. We've ordered furniture, rugs, cushions, homeware and curtains from Barkers Home and couldn't have had a better experience. Barkers delivery service is second to none. They arrive when they say they will. The delivery team are organised, efficient and friendly. They set up furniture and take away the packaging. I would always recommend Barkers and will continue to shop with them.

Disappointing visit. Had to interrupt two staff who were that busy chatting, to serve me and assist me. Staffing levels exceed the number of customers on the shop floor. More training and attention required.

Wow how nice!

No Muzak, no navigating a digital phone system, no pressing numbers & stars, no hanging on for ages, spoke to a real member of staff with great product knowledge and excellent customer service skills, who couldn’t have been more helpful.

We recently had furniture delivered from the Home store. Fantastic service with a phone call to arrange a delivery time a few days before . On arrival both gentleman were very helpful & very polite . My husband had his tools ready but the guys just got on with the assembly. Not a service you get often now adays.

Just taken delivery of a high-quality double bed and headboard from Barkers Home. Outstanding care and service. Good communication throughout the delivery process and the delivery guys were courteous and took great care whilst delivering the bed to a second floor room with a tight passageway / staircase.

In world of plastic and insincere customer service it is great to experience genuine, high quality customer service from a company that truly cares about the service that it provides.

A great shop with fantastic customer service. We had an item of furniture that we wasn’t happy with, we raised the issue with the shop, without question or quibble they changed the furniture. One of the best examples of quality customer service I have experienced. We no longer even visit other furniture shops, it’s straight to barkers !!!
